Problemen oplossen
1. Het lukt niet om de tablet-pc aan te zetten
Controleer het batterijniveau van de tablet-pc en laad het apparaat
op voordat u het opstart. Als het inschakelen hierna nog steeds niet lukt,
kunt u proberen om het apparaat te resetten.
2. Geen geluid uit de hoofdtelefoon
Controleer of het volume op ‘0’ staat. Het kan ook zijn dat de
hoofdtelefoon defect is. Vervang deze in dit geval door een andere.
3. Sterke ruis
Controleer of er stof aanwezig is in de hoofdtelefoon of luidspreker.
Controleer of het bestand beschadigd is.
4. Vastgelopen tijdens een bewerking
Gebruik een puntig voorwerp om uw tablet-pc te resetten en start deze
vervolgens opnieuw op.
5. Schermafwijkingen of scherm reageert niet
Om dit te herstellen, kunt u het volgende doen: a) Ga naar Instellingen
→ Toegankelijkheid → raak Paneelkalibratie aan om het scherm te
kalibreren; b) Wanneer kalibratie niet lukt, kunt u de aan/uit-toets 15
seconden ingedrukt houden om de tablet-pc uit te schakelen.
Kalibratie vindt automatisch plaats als uw tablet-pc wordt opgestart. c)
Gebruik een USB-muis om kalibratiehandelingen op uw tablet-pc uit te
voeren.
6. Applicatie werkt niet
Mogelijke oorzaken hiervoor zijn dat deze app niet compatibel is met
uw besturingssysteem of dat het gedownloade .apk-bestand
beschadigd is. U dient mogelijk een andere, volledige versie te
downloaden.
8. Hoe kan ik een Google-account verwijderen?
Wanneer een account is toegevoegd, wordt dit weergegeven in
“Accounts en synchroniseren” onder “Instellingen”, waar u ook nieuwe
accounts kunt toevoegen. Om een ongewenst account te verwijderen,
gaat u naar “Instellingen” → “Privacy-instellingen” →
“Fabrieksinstellingen herstellen”. Hierbij worden ook het interne
geheugen van uw tablet-pc, gedownloade apps etc. verwijderd,
