Insolventieregister (CBB)

Het CBB is het centrale insolventieregister voor zowel natuurlijke als rechtspersonen.

Hier hebt u de keuze uit de volgende zoekmogelijkheden:

- Natuurlijke persoon

o zoeken op Rijksregisternummer;

o zoeken op naam en geboortedatum;

o zoeken op naam en adres.

- Rechtspersoon

o zoeken op btw-nummer;

o zoeken op naam en adres.

Met deze dienst kan u ook informatie over de crediteurpositie opvragen.

Rapport voor bestaande partij - natuurlijke of rechtspersoon

U kan informatie opvragen over de insolventiesituatie voor de partijen bij een dossier door

gebruik te maken van de 'DPA'-knop en vervolgens het menu-item 'CBB' te selecteren.

Daarop zal Kleos dan het CBB-zoekvenster tonen, met de dossier- en zoekinformatie al ingevuld,

indien beschikbaar. De zoekcriteria worden vervolgens ingegeven in functie van de beschikbare

informatie:
