Display
When the MODE button is pressed, the displays change in the
following order:
Steps (Step symbol (2)): Number of steps made since mid-
night. To reset the step number to 0, hold down the RES button.
Distance (Km or Mile symbol): Distance covered on that day.
You can use the SET button to switch between kilometres and
miles.
Calorie consumption (Kcal symbol): The calories consumed
on that day
Movement time (Min symbol): Total time spent moving on a
day in minutes
Memory (Step symbol, bottom row -01 Days Record): The
pedometer saves the number of steps, distance, calorie con-
sumption and movement time for 30 days. The SET button is
used to switch between these categories. You can press the
RES button to call up the previous day in each case.
Total (Total symbol): In each case the total number of steps,
distance, calorie consumption and movement time since the
pedometer was last fully reset. The SET button is used to
switch between these categories.
Full reset: In the Total view hold down the RES button for 3
seconds.
At midnight the steps, distance, calorie consumption and
movement time recorded over the course of the day are
saved and the respective displays are reset to 0.
Deactivating and Activating Step Counting
Step counting should be deactivated if you are not actively moving
but for example are moving in a car. The pedometer might incor-
rectly record this as steps.
Both to deactivate and activate counting on any display, hold
down the MODE and RES buttons simultaneously for 3 sec-
onds. The symbol goes out when the counting is deactivat-
ed, and is lit when it is activated.
Only when eight steps in a row are made are these record-
ed and displayed. This is intended to prevent accidental
step counting.
Energy-Saving Mode
If the pedometer does not register any movement or no button is
pressed for 3 minutes, it switches to energy-saving mode. As soon
as it registers a movement or a button is pressed, it automatically
switches on again.
Clearing Saved Data
The display of the number of steps, distance, calorie consump-
tion and movement time can be reset to 0 manually. To do this,
hold down the RES button for 3 seconds. During the clearing
process, CLEAR ashes on the display.
To delete the total records, in the Total view hold down the RES
button for 3 seconds.
Changing the Battery
When the battery symbol lights up, the battery needs to be changed.
The battery compartment is located on the back of the pedometer.
1. Undo the screw on the battery compartment with a small screw-
driver and remove the battery compartment cover.
2. Replace the button cell battery with a new CR2032 button cell
battery. Make sure that the positive pole is facing upwards.
3. Insert the battery compartment cover and screw it tight.
