OPMERKING OVER GEBRUIK

Onderzoek heeft aangetoond dat de meest effectieve resultaten worden bereikt indien de spieren tijdens het gebruik van

de Vibroplate XL worden aangespannen.

De frequentie (trillingen) waarop de machine dient te worden afgesteld tijdens de training, is voor ieder individu anders.

Onderzoek heeft aangetoond dat grote groepen proefpersonen het meeste effect hebben bij een frequentie die varieert

tussen de 22 en 30 Herz.

Controleer de verschillende frequentie standen om uw optimale frequentie stand te bepalen. Train derhalve in de eerste

weken op een lage frequentie en controleer of u resultaten in de spieropbouw constateert. Verhoog de frequentie al naar

gelang de resultaten achterblijven.
