I have a Vaillant ecoTEC plus 837. The control panel is quite different to the on line manuals. There is one Contol panel window and 2 sets of +/- buttons below. There is also a small button displaying a flame. The power is on (can hear fan) but NOTHING on the control button.....and NO heating! Can anyone enlighten/ help me?
