不断按
MODE（模式） 进入各种模式进行设置：时间，闹铃 (AL)，秒表 (SP)，及第二时区 (T2)。
按
MODE（模式） 退出当前模式并回到时间模式。
键钮功能说明包括在括号内的设置功能
时间
设置时间和日期：
1)在时间和日期显示时，按住
SET（设置）2 秒钟。
2)秒钟开始闪烁。按
START/STOP（开始 / 停止）将秒钟归零。
3)按
MODE（模式）。小时开始闪烁。按 START/STOP（开始 / 停止）调整小时，
包括选择 AM（不显示符号）和 PM。
4)按
MODE（模式）。分钟开始闪烁。按 START/STOP（开始 / 停止）调整分钟；按住键钮查找
分钟数值。
5)按
MODE（模式）。年份开始闪烁。按 START/STOP（开始 / 停止）调整年份。
6)按
MODE（模式）。月份开始闪烁。按 START/STOP（开始 / 停止）调整月份。
7)按
MODE（模式）。日期开始闪烁。按 START/STOP（开始 / 停止）调整日期。
8)在任何步骤，都可以按
SET（设置）退出并保存设置。
在时间和日期显示时，按住
SET（设置）切换 12- 或 24- 小时制时间格式。
日期（月份的日期）显示在时间模式里的屏幕上方。按住
START/STOP（开始 / 停止）可查看大数字显
示的月份、日期、及年份。
闹铃
手表具有每日闹铃功能。不断按 MODE（模式），直到出现 AL（闹铃）。
闹铃设置：
1)按
SET（设置）。小时开始闪烁。按 START/STOP（开始 / 停止）调整小时，
包括选择 AM（不显示符号）和 PM。
2)按
MODE（模式）。分钟开始闪烁。按 START/STOP（开始 / 停止）调整分钟；按住键钮查找
分钟数值。
3)在每一步骤设置完成后，按
SET（设置）。
不断按
START/STOP（开始 / 停止）打开 / 关闭闹铃和小时报时功能。手表将透过四组闹铃和报时的设
置依序进行。闹铃开启时，将显示闹铃图标
s。小时报时功能开启时，将显示报时图标 b – 手表将会
每小时报时一次。
闹铃响起后，可按任意键钮停止音鸣。如不按任何键钮，闹铃将持续响 60 秒。
除非将闹铃关闭，否则每天都会重复闹响。
秒表
这一模式可为时间计算的事件提供秒表功能。不断按 MODE（模式），直到出现 SP（秒表）。
要开始秒表计时，按
START/STOP（开始 / 停止）。秒表以百分之一秒计时，最多至 30 分种；
然后在选择重新开始前将以秒继续计时，最多至 24 小时。
要停止秒表计时，按
START/STOP（开始 / 停止）。
要恢复计时，按
START/STOP（开始 / 停止），或要重置（清除）秒表计时，按 SET（设置）。
当秒表运行时，按
SET（设置）可采集分段 / 分项，查看您取得的时间。当秒表持续运行时，屏幕
显示会暂停。按
SET（设置）恢复秒表运行中的屏幕显示。
即便退出模式，秒表仍会继续运行。
第二时区
手表可在第二时区显示时间。不断按 MODE（模式），直到出现 T2（第二时区）。
设置第二个时区时间：
1)按
SET（设置）。小时开始闪烁。按 START/STOP（开始 / 停止）调整小时，
包括选择 AM（不显示符号）和 PM。
2) 按
MODE（模式）。分钟开始闪烁。按 START/STOP（开始 / 停止）在时间模式下以 30 分钟值
进行调整。秒数与时间模式里相同，只能在时间模式里设定。
3)每一步骤设置完成后，按
SET（设置）。

夜间照明采用了电致发光技术，可在夜间和低光
度环境下照亮手表屏幕。
电池
Timex 强烈建议由零售商店或钟表店来更换电池。电池类型注明在手表背面。如配有内部重置开关，
请在换好电池后按下 / 接通该重置开关。电池寿命是根据对使用方式的某些假设而估计确定的；电池
寿命长短取决于实际使用方式。

時刻
時間と日付を設定するには：
1) 時間と日付を表示させながら、SET を 2秒間以上押したままでいます。
2) 秒の位置が点滅します。
START/STOP を押して秒をゼロに設 定します。
3)
MODE を押します。 時刻の位置が点滅します。 START/STOP を 押 し て 、 AM (記号ではありません)
とPM を含めて時刻を変更します。
4)
MODE を 押 し ま す 。 分 の 位 置 が 点 滅 し ま す 。 START/STOP を押して分の数値を変更します。 ボタンを押
し たまま で い ると 数 値 が ス キャンします 。
5)
MODE を 押 し ま す 。 年 の 位 置 が 点 滅 し ま す 。 START/STOP を押して年数を変 更します。
6)
MODE を 押 し ま す 。 月 の 位 置 が 点 滅 し ま す 。 START/STOP を押して月数を変 更します。
7)
MODE を押します。 日付の位置が点滅します。 START/STOP を押して日 数を変 更します。
8) 任 意 の ス テップ で
SET を押せば、設定を保存して終了します。
時間と日付を表示させながら、
SET を押して 12- または 24-時間表記を切り替えます。
Timeモードでは日付は上部に表示されます。
START/STOP を 押 し た ま ま で い る と 、 大 き な 文 字 で 月 、 日 、
そして年 が 表 示されます 。
アラーム
この時計には目覚ましアラーム機能があります。 AL が 表 示されるまで
MODE を繰り返し押します。
アラームは 次 の手順で設 定します。
1)
MODE を 押 し ま す 。 時 の 位 置 が 点 滅 し ま す 。 START/STOPを 押 し て 、 AM (記号ではありません) と PM
を含めて時刻を変更します。

時 刻 チャイムをオン /オ フ に す る に は 、
START/STOP を 繰 り 返 し 押 し ま す 。 時 計 に は 、 4通りのアラームとチ
ャイムの設定組み合わせがあります。 アラームがオンに設定されると、 アラームアイコン
s が 表 示されます。
時 刻 チャイムがオンに 設 定されると、 チャイムアイコン
b が表示され、 チャイムが正時に鳴ります。
ア ラ ー ム が 鳴 っ た ら 、ボ タ ン を ど れ か 押 せ ば 止 ま り ま す 。 ボ タ ン を 押 さ ず に い る と 、 ア ラ ー ム は 60秒間鳴りま
す 。
アラームはオフにするまで、毎日 鳴ります。
ストップ ウォッチ
この機能は時間測定にストップウォッチ機能を提供します。 SP が 表 示されるまで
MODE を繰り返し押しま
す 。
ス タ ー ト さ せ る に は 、
START/STOP を 押 し ま す 。 ス ト ッ プ ウ ォ ッ チ は 、 最 初 の 30分間は 1/100秒刻みで時
間測定し、 その後はリセットされるまで秒単位で 24時間測定できます。
ストップ するに は 、
START/STOP を押します。
再 度 ス タートさせ る に は
START/STOP を 押 し 、 リ セ ッ ト ( ク リ ア ) す る に は SET を押します。
ストップウォッチが作動中に
SET を 押 す と 、ラ ッ プ /スプリットが測定され、 その時点までの時間が読取れま
す。 ストップウォッチが作動中は表示は停止します。 作動中のストップウォッチの表示を再開するには
SET を
押します。
モードを終 了してもストップウォッチは継 続して作動します。
TIME 2
時計は第 2のタイムゾーンでの時刻を表示することができます。 T2が表 示されるまで MODE を繰り返し押
します。
第 2タイムゾーンの時刻を設定します。
1)
SET を 押 し ま す 。 時 の 位 置 が 点 滅 し ま す 。 START/STOP を 押 し て 、 AM (記号ではありません) と PM を
含めて時刻を変更します。
2)
MODE を 押 し ま す 。 分 の 位 置 が 点 滅 し ま す 。 START/STOP を押してタイムモードの分の値から 30だけ分
を変更します。 秒はタイムモードと同じで、 タイムモードでのみ設定することができます。
3) 設定が終了したら、 任意のステップで
SET を 押 し ま す 。
