Verwenden des Telefax mit einem
Anrufbeantworter ____________________________
Wenn Sie einen Anrufbeantworter und Ihr Fax anschließen, können in Ihrer Abwesenheit nicht
nur Dokumente von anderen Faxgeräten empfangen, sondern auch Nachrichten von Anrufern
aufgezeichnet werden. In diesem Fall werden alle ankommenden Anrufe zunächst an den
Anrufbeantworter geleitet. Stammt der Anruf von einem Telefon, kann der Anrufer eine
Nachricht hinterlassen. Handelt es sich um ein Faxgerät, empfängt Ihr Telefax das Dokument
automatisch. Züm Anschluß eines externen Anrufbeantworters, siehe Seite 20.

Vergewissern Sie sich, daß Sie
einen Anrufbeantworter
angeschlossen haben.

Drücken Sie die Taste
[EMPFANGSMODUS], bis ANRB
MODUS im Display erscheint.

Drücken Sie die Taste
[START/KOPIE].

Schalten Sie Ihren
Anrufbeantworter ein.
❚ Das Telefax läßt den
Anrufbeantworter antworten und
prüft dann, ob der Signalton eines
Faxgeräts in der Leitung ist. Hat es
einen solchen Ton wahrgenommen,
schaltet es automatisch auf Empfang.
❚ Sollte einmal Papier oder Tinte
ausgehen, empfängt das Telefax das
Dokument und speichert es ab. Wie
gespeicherte Dokumente
ausgedruckt werden, entnehmen Sie
bitte S. 75.

Wird der Anrufbeantworter nicht
verwendet, schalten Sie ihn aus
und stellen Ihr Telefax mit Hilfe
der Taste [EMPFANGSMODUS] auf
Fax/Tel-Umschaltung, manuellen
Empfang oder automatischen
Empfang ein.
