Empfang von Dokumenten
Sie können das Dokument auch empfangen,
indem Sie an Ihrem externen Telefon, sofern
aktiviert, “25” drücken und den Hörer dann
auflegen.
Ihr Telefax empfängt das Dokument.
❚ Legen Sie den Telefonhörer auf, sobald im Display die Meldung EMPFANGEN erscheint.
Sollten Sie dies vergessen, werden Sie einige Sekunden nach dem Empfang durch eine
Reihe von Signaltönen darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Um das Signal abzustellen, siehe
HÖRER AUFLEGEN unter BEDIENEREINGABEN, S. 83.
Automatischer Empfang über eine separate
Telefonleitung ________________________________
Ist Ihr Telefax an eine separate Telefonleitung angeschlossen, werden alle über diese
Faxleitung eingehenden Dokumente automatisch empfangen.
Der automatische Empfang ist nicht möglich, während Sie kopieren, Berichte drucken oder
Informationen speichern. Siehe S. 75.

Drücken Sie die Taste
[EMPFANGSMODUS], bis AUTO
EM MODUS im Display erscheint.

Drücken Sie die Taste
[START/KOPIE].
Das Telefax interpretiert jetzt jeden ankommenden Anruf als Faxsendung. Die Dokumente
werden automatisch empfangen.

und Telefonanrufen ____________________________
Sie können Ihr Telefax so einstellen, daß es alle ankommenden Anrufe automatisch
überwacht. Sobald ein Anruf erfolgt, prüft das Telefax, ob er von einem anderen sendebereiten
Faxgerät stammt oder ob es sich um einen Anrufer handelt, der ein Gespräch mit Ihnen führen
möchte. Züm Anschluß eines externen Telefons, siehe Seite 20.
Der automatische Empfang ist nicht möglich, während Sie kopieren, Bericht drucken oder
Informationen eingeben. Siehe S. 75.
