Drücken Sie die Taste
[LAUTSPRECHER]
wählen Sie die Faxnummer
der Gegenstelle.
❚ Sie können jede der zuvor
beschriebenen Wählmethoden
benutzen. Siehe S. 56.

Antwortet der Teilnehmer,
können Sie ganz normal
telefonieren. Bitten Sie den
Teilnehmer anschließend, die
Taste [START] an seinem Telefax
zu drücken. Drücken Sie die Taste
[START/KOPIE] und legen Sie auf.
Drücken Sie die Taste [START/KOPIE],
sobald Sie einen hohen Signalton hören
und legen Sie dann auf.
❚ Nach einer erfolgreichen Sendung ertönt ein Abschlußsignal.
❚ Tritt während des Sendens ein Fehler auf, erfolgen für einige Sekunden kurz unterbrochene
Warntöne. Senden Sie in diesem Fall das Dokument erneut.
❚ Antwortet die Gegenstelle nicht oder ist die Leitung besetzt, wählt Ihr Telefax automatisch
noch einmal (Sie können die Anzahl der Wahlwiederholungen einstellen. Siehe AUTOM.

❚ Wenn Sie einen Sendevorgang vorzeitig abbrechen möchten, drücken Sie die Taste [STOP].
Danach müssen Sie unter Umständen das Bedienfeld anheben, um das Dokument zu
entfernen. Siehe “Beseitigung von Dokumentstaus”, S. 63.
❚ Erscheint eine Fehlermeldung im Display, beheben Sie den Fehler und drücken
anschließend die Taste [STOP]. Siehe hierzu “Fehlercodes, Fehlermeldungen und
Lösungen”, S. 111.
