Sendemethoden ______________________________
■ Direktsendung (siehe S. 57)
Wenn Ihr Dokument aus einer großen Anzahl von Seiten besteht und Sie Ihr Telefax auf
Speichersendung eingestellt haben, kann es vorkommen, daß die Fehlermeldung SPEICHER
VOLL angezeigt wird. Um dies zu vermeiden, sollten Sie die Direktsendung verwenden.
Um direkt zu senden, legen Sie das Dokument ein, wählen Sie die Faxnummer und drücken
Sie die Taste [START/KOPIE].
■ Manuelle Sendung (siehe S. 57)
Bei dieser Sendemethode können Sie im Anschluß an ein Telefongespräch Ihrem
Gesprächspartner ein Dokument senden, ohne dessen Rufnummer erneut wählen zu müssen.
Voraussetzung ist, daß Telefon und Faxgerät an einem Auschluß betrieben werden.
Drücken Sie im Anschluß an das Gespräch einfach die Taste [START/KOPIE], und das
eingelegte Dokument wird gesendet.
Für die manuelle Sendung benötigen Sie einen externen Telefonanschluß.
■ Speichersendung (S. 60)
Wollen Sie nicht darauf warten, daß Ihr Dokument beim Sendevorgang Seite für Seite
eingelesen wird, sollten Sie die Speichersendung verwenden. Bei dieser Sendemethode wird
das Dokument schnell in den Speicher eingelesen. Danach wählt Ihr Telefax die Rufnummer
und sendet das Dokument aus dem Speicher. Auf diese Weise erhalten Sie das Original sofort
nach dem Einlesen zurück.
Wählmethoden ________________________________
Je nachdem wie Sie die Rufnummern in Ihrem Telefax gespeichert haben, stehen Ihnen
verschiedene Wählmethoden zur Verfügung.
Manuelles Wählen: Wählen Sie die Rufnummer der Gegenstelle über die numerischen
Tasten.
Zielwahl: Belegen Sie eine Zieltaste mit der Rufnummer der Gegenstelle. Sie können diese
Nummer dann ganz einfach wählen, indem Sie die entsprechende Taste drücken (siehe S. 59).
Kurzwahl: Belegen Sie eine zweistellige Kurzwahlziffer mit der Rufnummer der Gegenstelle.
Sie können diese Nummer dann wählen, indem Sie die Taste [KURZWAHL] drücken und die
zweistellige Ziffer eingeben (siehe S. 59).
