Flensjes met honing, walnoten of hazelnoten
• 3 soeplepels honing • 100 g gehakte walnoten of hazelnoten
Meng alle ingrediënten. Wanneer de tweede kant gebakken is, de flens vullen met
deze bereiding en in vieren vouwen. Nog enkele seconden op de bakplaat laten
liggen. Serveer en versier met slagroom.
Als voorgerecht
• in dunne plakjes gesneden gerookte zalm (besprenkeld met citroensap
• krab, garnalen of tonijn met mayonaise of mosterd • asperges gedoopt in
mayonaise • gesneden avocado met vinaigrette saus • champignons ‘op z’n
Grieks’
Als hoofdgerecht
• kipfilet in plakjes met currysaus (currysaus: béchamelsaus met 1 fijngehakte
ui en 1/2 theelepel curry) • zeevruchten in een romige witte saus of dressing
• groenten zoals spinazie, wortels, raap of pompoen
Met kaas
• geraspte kaas (jong, belegen, Gruyère of Parmezaanse kaas): de kaas na het
draaien op de pannenkoek leggen en laten smelten • Roquefort, gorgonzola,
crème fraîche, kwark (de pannenkoek op het bord garneren)
Als nagerecht
• gesmolten chocolade met amandelen, nootjes of gemalen hazelnoten • jam,
honing of ahornstroop • bolletjes roomijs (vanille, chocolade) of sorbet
• banaanschijfjes met chocoladesaus • vers fruit zoals aardbeien, framboos,
appel etc. • vers sinaasappelsap en suiker

• suiker en Grand Marnier • ananas en rum • appels en Calvados
