Köstliche Pommes frites
selbst zubereiten!
500 g Kartoffeln geschält • 1 Öl • Salz
Kartoffeln in beliebig große Stifte schnei-
den: 8 x 8 mm oder 10 x 10 mm. Kartoffel-
stifte gut abspülen, abtropfen lassen und
sorgfältig trocknen. In die ActiFry hinein-
geben.
Öl gleichmäßig über den Pommes frites ver-
teilen.
18 bis 22 Min je nach Dicke der Kartoffel-
stifte garen.

Beim Verzehr von Kartoffeln tritt dank
ihres hohen Gehalts an komplexen
Kohlenhydraten binnen kürzester Zeit
ein Sättigungsgefühl ein.

FRIETJES
Maak op eigen wijze echte,
heerlijke frietjes
500 g geschilde aardappelen 1 olie
• Zout
Snij de aardappels in de gewenste vorm: 8 x
8 mm of 10 x 10 mm. Was de frietjes goed,
laat uitlekken en droog zorgvuldig.
Leg de frietjes in de ActiFry. Giet de olie
gelijkmatig over de frietjes.
Bak 18 tot 22 min, afhankelijk van de dikte
van de frietjes.

d’huile • Sel
Coupez les pommes de terre en bâtonnets
selon votre goût : 8 x 8 mm ou 10 x 10 mm.
Rincez abondamment les frites coupées,
égouttez-les et séchez-les soigneusement.
Placez les frites dans l’ActiFry. Versez l’huile
uniformément sur les frites.
Laissez cuire 18 à 22 min selon
l’épaisseur des frites.
