Vafler med øl
• 33 cl. øl • 250 g. mel • 10 g. bagepulver • 1 tsk. salt • 75 g. sukker • 50 g. smør
• 4 æg • 1 tsk. citronsaft
Hæld øllet i en skål og lad stå for 5 minutter til skummet forsvinder.
Bland mel, bagepulver og salt. Pisk æg, øl, smør, sukker og
citronsaft sammen i en stor skål i ca. 2 minutter. Tilsæt
melblandingen lidt ad gangen. Pisk indtil en jævn og glat
konsistens.
Sprøde vafler med varm chokolade og is
• 250 g. mel • 10 g. bagepulver • en smule salt • 2 stykker sukker • 75 g. smør
• 2 æg • 1/4 liter mælk • 1 glas cognac • vanille is • chokolade
Lad bagepulver stå i et glas vand med de 2 stykker sukker i
15 minutter. Bland vandet med de piskede æg og smør. Tilsæt
mælk, mel, cognac og salt indtil der opnås en flydende blanding.
Lad dejen stå i stuetemperatur i 3 timer.
Før servering, tilsæt 2 kugler vanilleis og put noget varm chokolade
på toppen.
