Beslag met water
Voor zeer lichte pannenkoeken kunt u de melk door water
vervangen.
Tips:
Indien u bij het bakken vaststelt dat uw beslag te dik is, raden wij
u aan een glaasje water toe te voegen en het beslag opnieuw te
mengen.
Indien u hartige pannenkoekjes maakt, mag bij de bereiding iets
meer zout aan het beslag worden toegevoegd.
