Ripieno
100 g Carne d'agnello
1 ½ cucchiaio Olio d'oliva
1 ½ cucchiaio Cipolla tritata
1/3 cucchiaino Peperoncino
½ cucchiaino Sale
1 ½ cucchiaio Farina
Far dorare le cipolle e mescolare tutti gli ingredienti con la carne di agnello
(precedentemente cotta e tritata). Riempire le salsicce di Kebbe con il ripieno e cuocere il
tutto. Servire caldo.
Ripieno di riso e verdure
250g di broccoli al vapore – o 250 g di zucchine al vapore – o 250g di riso cotto.
Riempire e friggere le salsicce di Kebbe.
IN CASO DI BLOCCAGGIO
Se il motore funziona lentamente o si ferma, è possibile che la carne blocchi il tritacarne. In tal
caso, utilizzare l’inversore. Per questo, premere il pulsante ON/OFF per spegnere l’apparecchio
e premere l’inversore REV. La vite senza fine girerà nel senso inverso e trascinerà la carne per
sbloccare il passaggio. Per fermare questa funzione, smettere di premere l’inversore. Si può
premere di nuovo l’interruttore ON/OFF.
Bisogna essere prudente al toccare il coltello perché è molto tagliente. Se non bastasse,
staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente e smontare gli accessori dell'apparecchio.
PULIZIA
Spegnere l'apparecchio, staccare sempre la spina dalla presa di corrente e lasciare
l'apparecchio raffreddare prima di pulirlo.
Pulire le parti in plastica con un panno morbido.
Non usare prodotti abrasivi.
Non immergere mai il blocco motore in acqua o in qualsiasi altro liquido.
Pulire gli accessori con acqua calda e detergente, sciacquare e asciugare.
Non mettere nessuna parte dell’apparecchio in lavastoviglie.
DIRETTIVA 2002/96/CE SULLO SMALTIMENTO DI APPARECCHI ELETTRICI ED ELETTRONICI
Per preservare l'ambiente e la nostra salute, l'eliminazione dei vecchi apparecchi elettrici e
elettronici non più utilizzati, va fatta secondo la direttiva sopra citata che impone l'obbligo al
costruttore, al commerciante e a l'utilizzatore di consegnare gli apparecchi ai centri di
raccolta specializzati, i quali saranno in grado di smaltire e riciclare i vecchi prodotti come la
legge prescrive.
Per questa ragione troverete apposto sulla etichetta segnaletica il simbolo che indica di
non gettare il vecchio apparecchio non più utilizzato, in pattumiera o nel cassonetto delle
immondizie.
Per eliminare il vecchio apparecchio non più utilizzato, potete consegnarlo al rivenditore il
cambio di quello nuovo acquistato, o direttamente nei centri di raccolta specializzati messi a
disposizione dal vostro comune di residenza.
