folded in order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm width x

Far attenzione se si trasporta l’apparecchio mentre contiene cibi caldi, acqua o altri liquidi.
Si consiglia di non trasportare l’apparecchio quando questo non è totalmente raffreddato.
L’apparecchio non deve mai essere accesso tramite un timer esterno o un altro sistema di
comando a distanza separato.

l’apparecchio per la riparazione o il controllo. Rivolgere in ogni caso l'apparecchio a questo

AVVERTENZE DI UTILIZZO
Quest'apparecchio dovrà essere destinato solo all’uso domestico ed utilizzato nella
maniera indicata in queste istruzioni.
L’apparecchio potrà essere utilizzato nei luoghi sotto riportati:
- Angolo cottura riservato al personale di negozi, uffici, e altri ambienti professionali.
- Fattorie.
- Da parte di clienti di Hotel, motel and altri ambienti a carattere residenziale.
- Ambienti come “bed & breakfast”.
CUCINARE CON IL CESTINO A VAPORE
Assicurarsi che la spina dell’apparecchio sia staccata dalla presa di corrente. Riempire
con acqua fredda l’unità a vapore, versarla dagli orifici di riempimento previsti nelle
maniglie laterali (cf. p. 4). La quantità d’acqua dipende dal tempo di cottura desiderato.
Bisogna però rispettare il livello minimo e il livello massimo. Non aggiungere erbe, spezie o
liquidi (tipo vino o brodo) all’acqua dell’unità a vapore.
Assicurarsi che la base del cestello sia correttamente fissata e mettere il cibo nei diversi
cestelli. Non aggiungere condimenti fino a quando la cottura è completata.
Assicurarsi che la protezione dell’elemento riscaldante sia correttamente assemblata sulla
resistenza.
Mettere il vassoio bella bacinella per l’acqua e sistemare i vari cestelli in modo che il più
grande sia al livello più alto. La dimensione delle ceste è indicata da punti marcati su una
maniglia di ognuna. Sulla più piccola c’è un solo punto, sul maggiore ce ne sono tre. Se si
desidera impilare una cesta sopra quella media (2 punti) si deve piazzare l’anello
adattatore sul bordo superiore prima, sennò sarà impossibile impilare le ceste
correttamente. Attenzione: usare le apposite maniglie per spostare i cestelli. Non premere
sul fondo del cestello per evitare di staccarlo. Attenzione, gli accessori devono essere
sistemati bene a fine di evitare di bruciarsi con il vapore che fuoriesce dai lati
dell’apparecchio.
Sistemare il coperchio sull’unità a vapore. NON FARE FUNZIONARE L’APPARECCHIO SENZA
COPERCHIO. DURANTE L’USO EMANA VAPORE!
Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente.
Regolare il timer girando completamente il bottone in senso orario, poi tornare indietro
per ottenere il tempo di cottura desiderato. La spia luminosa si accende ed indica la
messa in funzione dell’apparecchio.
Alla fine della cottura, si sente uno squillo e l’alimentazione elettrica si interrompe.
Attenzione una quantità massima d’acqua presente nel serbatoio dell’unità a vapore
garantisce del vapore durante un periodo di cerca 25 minuti. Se il tempo di cottura
programmato è superiore, bisognerà riempire nuovamente il serbatoio dell’unità. Per sapere
se il serbatoio è vuoto, basterà verificare se non c’è più vapore che fuoriesce o verificare il
livello d’acqua. Per il riempimento, scollegare l’apparecchio ed aggiungere l’acqua fredda
