SUGGESTIES VOOR RECEPTEN
Sorbet
Eenheerlijkmelk-envetvrijdessert,perfectalsbesluitvaneenmaaltijdofalstussendoortjeop
een warme dag! Sorbet worden op basis van suikersiroop gemaakt.
Suikersiroop
Voor 1 ½ kopje
½kopje(250ml)water
1kopje(220g)poedersuiker
1. Doe water en suiker in een kleine pan.
2. Roer op een lage verwarmingsstand tot de suiker is opgelost. Breng aan de kook en laat 2
minuten doorkoken. Neem de pan van de warmtebron en laat hem bij kamertemperatuur
afkoelen. Zet hem daarna enkele uren of tot hij koud is in het vriesvak.
Sorbetvangemengdebessen
Voor circa 750 ml
500ggemengdebessenuitdediepvries,ontdooid
1½ theelepel limoensap
1 hoeveelheid suikerstroop
1. Doedeontdooidebessensamenmethunsapineenmixerenpureerhetmengsel.Wrijfde
bessen door een fijne zeef om de pitjes te verwijderen. Invriezen.
2. Roerdesuikerstroop,debessenenhetlimoensapdoorelkaar.
3. Zet de ijsmachine zoals hierboven beschreven klaar. Schakel het apparaat in en doe het
mengsel dor de vulopening in de kom.
4. Hetmengselisklaarzodrademixerstaafvandraairichtingverandert.Ditduurtongeveer35
minuten.
Sorbetvanwatermeloen
Voor circa 950ml
Uhebtvoorditreceptongeveer1,2kgwatermeloennodig
1 hoeveelheid suikerstroop
2kopjes(500ml)verstgeperstewatermeloen
¼kopje(55g)citroensap
1. Roersuikerstroop,watermeloenencitroensapdoorelkaar.
2. Zet de ijsmachine zoals hierboven beschreven klaar. Schakel het apparaat in en doe het
mengsel dor de vulopening in de kom.
3. Hetmengselisklaarzodrademixerstaafvandraairichtingverandert.Ditduurtongeveer35
minuten.
