SUGGESTIES VOOR RECEPTEN
Snelmengselvoorvanille-ijs
Voor circa 1 liter
1½kopje(375ml)melk
200 g gecondenseerde melk
¾kopje(180ml)room
1theelepelvanille-extract
1. Mengineenkommelk,gecondenseerdemelk,roomenvanille-extractgoeddoorelkaar.
2. Zet het mengsel in het vriesvak tot het volledig is bevroren.
3. Zet de ijsmachine zoals hierboven beschreven klaar. Schakel het apparaat in en doe het
mengsel dor de vulopening in de kom.
4. Hetmengselisklaarzodrademixerstaafvandraairichtingverandert.Ditduurtongeveer40
minuten.
Chocolade-noten-praliné-ijs
Voorcirca:1,25liter
Voorcirca1,25liter
1 Snel mengsel voor vanille-ijs
1kopje(220g)poedersuiker
½kopje(125ml)water
½kopje(100g)purechocola,fijngehakt
¼kopje(35g)geroosterdamandelschaafsel
1. Volg de stappen 1-4 van de bereiding van het snelle vanille-ijsmengsel op bladzijde 9.
2. Mengondertussenineenkleine,zwarepandesuikermethetwaterenroervoortdurend,bij
lagewarmtestand,totdesuikerisopgelost.Zetdepithoger,laatkokenendoeergeendeksel
op,nietroeren,circa10minutenoftotdesiroopgoudgeelisgeworden.
3. Giethetkaramelmengselineenrechthoekigebakvan20cmx20cmenlaathet5minuten
staan. Druppel chocolade over de warme karamel en verdeel de smeltende chocola met
een spatel tot alle karamel is bedekt. Strooi er amandelen over en zet alles 20 minuten in de
diepvries of tot het geheel hard is geworden. Breek de chocolade-noten-praliné in stukken en
hakdezegrofineenmixer.
4. Wanneerhetijsklaaris,roertuernog1kopjevanhetpralinémengseldoorenroertunet
zolangtotallesgoedisgemengd.Doehetmengsellepelvoorlepelineenkunststofbak,doeer
een deksel op en zet hem in de diepvries tot alles hard is geworden.
5. Strooi de rest van de chocolade-noten-praliné bij het opdienen over het ijs.
