Als u informatie wilt oproepen over het huidige tv-programma, gaat u via het
groene Media Center-symbool bovenaan links terug naar het hoofdmenu van de
tv. Hier selecteert u nu de optie TV-programma. U komt in een elektronische
tv-gids die alle uitzendingen overzichtelijk weergeeft. Met de pijltjestoetsen
onderaan rechts kunt u navigeren in de lijst. De pijlen naar boven en naar
beneden schakelen daarbij door de zenderlijst. Met de pijltjestoetsen bovenaan
rechts en links schakelt u door de tijdstippen van de dag. Indien u één van de
getoonde uitzendingen wilt bekijken, dubbelklikt u op de naam. U gaat dan
automatisch naar de functie Live-TV en ziet de geselecteerde uitzending.
Teletekst (Videotekst) op het notebook
gebruiken
Met het Windows Media Center kunt u natuurlijk niet alleen het huidige
tv-programma bekijken, maar ook de teletekst/videotekst van de respectievelijke
zender. Het spreekt voor zich dat dezelfde informatie ter beschikking staat als bij
een gewoon tv-toestel. Via de muis heeft u snel toegang tot deze extra
informatie. Tip: het Windows Media Center ondersteunt teletekst (videotekst)
enkel als een analoge tv-ontvangst gebruikt wordt, bijv. via de kabel of
kamerantenne. Bij digitale programma’s zoals DVB-T kan het Windows Media
Center geen teletekst (videotekst) ter beschikking stellen. Als alternatief kunt u
de elektronische programmagids onder TV-programma gebruiken.
