15 ONLINE UPDATE
Über das ONLINE UPDATE im Windows-Startmenü können Sie die aktuellste Version der
Fortius-Software, der Cosmos-Computer-Firmware und der Bremsadapter-Firmware herunter-
laden. Die existierende Version wird dabei überschrieben. Dieser Service ist allerdings nur
möglich, wenn Ihr Computer einen Internet-Zugang hat.
Wenn Ihr Computer keinen Internet-Zugang hat, können Sie die Updates auch über einen
anderen Computer von der Website www
.tacx.com unter Support - Download Software ->
Fortius herunterladen.
Starten Sie das Online-Update-Programm über das Windows Startmenü mit START ->
PROGRAMME -> FORTIUS -> ONLINE UPDATE. Treffen Sie jetzt die Wahl welches
Programmteil durch ein Update ersetzt werden soll. Mit ABBRECHEN schließen Sie das
Online-Update-Programm.
Update der Fortius Software
Klicken Sie das Feld "Fortius-Software-Update"
an. Das Programm überprüft, ob bereits neue
Updates verfügbar sind, indem der Computer
die installierte Version mit der auf der Tacx-
Website erhältlichen Update-Version abgleicht.
Zum Herunterladen des Updates klicken Sie auf
INSTALLIEREN. Die Installation erfolgt automa-
tisch unmittelbar nach dem Download.
Update für die Motorbremse
Hier können Sie sich die aktuellste Version der Firmware für die Motorbremse herunterladen.
Schließen Sie den Cosmos oder das USB-Interface mit dem USB-Kabel an Ihren Computer an.
Schließen Sie außerdem den Adapter an den Cosmos oder das USB-Interface an. Stellen Sie
den Adapterschalter auf 1. Folgen Sie nun den weiteren Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.
Cosmos Update
Hier können Sie sich die aktuellste Version für die Firmware des Cosmos herunterladen.
Schließen Sie den Cosmos über das USB-Kabel an Ihren Computer an. Schließen Sie außerdem
den Adapter an und stellen Sie den Adapterschalter auf 1. Es wird im Folgenden überprüft, ob
ein neues Update verfügbar ist. Klicken Sie auf INSTALLIEREN und bereiten Sie den Cosmos
auf das Upload vor. Unterbrechen Sie zuerst noch die USB-Verbindung.
Schließen Sie den Cosmos-Computer an den Adapter an, während Sie die ABBRECHEN-,
Cursor DOWN- und ENTER-Taste gedrückt halten. Verbinden Sie anschließend den Cosmos
über das USB-Kabel mit Ihrem PC. Jetzt ist der Cosmos für das Update bereit.
Folgen Sie nun den Anweisungen auf Ihrem Bildschirm.
