ID Karte
Die ID Karte enthält persönliche Daten der Anwender. Das Besondere der Karte ist, dass die
Herzfrequenzzonen automatisch berechnet werden, sobald das Geburtsdatum eingegeben
wurde. Es ist ausserdem genügend Platz für die Eingabe einer E-Mail -Adresse bzw. für
Bemerkungen vorhanden.
Zum Ausfüllen der ID Karte verwenden Sie die Maus und/oder die Tastatur. Beim Teamnamen
können Sie durch Anklicken der ENTER-Taste auf dem Namensfeld ein anderes Team auswäh-
len. Sie sollten mindestens den Namen, das Gewicht und das Geburtsdatum eintragen, bevor
Sie die Karte über ZURÜCK verlassen.
Linksoben auf der ID Karte steht das Team, der Name des Anwenders
und das Gewicht (Körper- und Fahrradgewicht zusammengezählt). Im
Feld darunter steht zusätzliche Information. Rechts ist eine Abbildung
des Teamtrikots.
Automatische Berechnung der Herzfrequenzzonen
Nachdem Sie ihr Geburtsdatum eingetragen haben, wird automatisch die maximale Herzfrequenz,
der Schwellenwert (anaërobe Schwelle) und die dazu gehörende Herzfrequenzzone für spezifi-
sche Trainingsformen berechnet. Logischerweise sind die sechs Herzfrequenzzonen wesentlich
genauer, wenn Sie auf der ID Karte Ihren "tatsächlichen" (über einen Leistungstest ermittelt)
maximalen Puls und einen genauen Wert für Ihre Schwelle eintragen.
