MIX TIPPS

Gießen Sie Ihre Zutaten in den Mixbecher, setzen die Abdeckung auf und

mixen, bis sich die Butter formt. Geben Sie den Inhalt in einen

Durchschlag, um die überschüssige Flüssigkeit abzugießen und dann die

Butter in eine kleine Schale. Kneten Sie die Butter mit einem Spachtel, um

so viel Flüssigkeit wie möglich zu entfernen.

Fügen Sie während des Knetens der Butter ein wenig Salz hinzu.

Versuchen Sie auch den Zusatz von 1 Löffel (15ml) getrockneter Kräuter

(Petersilie, Estragon, Bohnenkraut oder Knoblauch) pro Tasse (250ml)

Sahne für eine wunderbare Kräuterbutter.

RASPELN VON KOKOSNUSS

Stellen Sie zum Raspeln von frischer Kokosnuss die Motoreinstellung auf

HOCH, entfernen den Einspeisungsaufsatz und lassen

kleingeschnittene Kokosnussstückchen auf die rotierenden Messer fallen.

Nach dem Raspeln von 1 ½ Tassen (375ml) Kokosnuss entleeren Sie bitte

den Mixbecher und fahren danach fort, bis die ganze Kokosnuss geraspelt

ist.

HARTER UND TROCKENER KÄSE

Cheddar oder Schmelzkäse, der nach langer Aufbewahrungszeit im

Kühlschrank hart geworden ist, kann in kleine Stücke geschnitten und

dann im Mixer geraspelt werden. Motoreinstellung auf HOCH, bis der

Käse zerkleinert ist. Verwenden Sie den Käse für Auﬂäufe, in Soßen und

dergleichen.
