Plus Verwijdering achterwiel
• Gebruik een platte schroevendraaier en haal
voorzichtig de dop van de naaf af, (fig. 18.26).
• Terwijl het wiel nog op de grond staat, maakt u de 4
schroeven van de velg los met een 6 mm
inbussleutel, maar maak de schroeven niet helemaal
los: geef ze slechts twee slagen (fig. 18.27).
• Krik het achterwiel op waarbij u de krik onder de
aangegeven punten zet, en plaats vervolgens
blokken (fig. 18.28).
• Gebruik de inbussleutel om de schroeven helemaal
los te draaien.
• Verwijder de schroeven en de stelringen, (fig. 18.29).
• Verwijder voorzichtig het wiel, (fig. 18.30).
• Verwijder de naaf niet uit de schacht, (fig. 18.31).

18.3 VERWISSELEN VAN DE BINNENBANDEN (BIJ
ALLE WIELEN)
• Zorg ervoor dat alle lucht die nog in de band zit, eruit
wordt gedrukt, door met een kleine schroevendraaier
op het ventiel te drukken en in de band te knijpen,
(fig. 18.32 - 18.33).
• Gebruik een 6 mm inbussleutel om de VIJF
schroeven op de velg los te maken,
(fig. 18.34).
• Til de buitenste velg eraf (fig. 18.,35).
• Til de band uit de binnenste velg, (fig. 18.36).
• Houd de binnenband voorzichtig vast, achter het
ventiel.
• Haal de binnenband voorzichtig uit de band, (fig.
18.37).
OPMERKING: Massieve banden zijn chemisch
verbonden met de wielvelgen. Een massieve band moet
daarom in zijn geheel worden vervangen.
Terugplaatsen:
• Plaats de binnenband in de buitenband en laat deze
rusten op de buitenste rand.
• Plaats het ventiel in de uitsparing op de velg, (fig.
18.38).
• Daarbij moet het ventiel naar buiten wijzen, (fig.
18.38).
• Plaats de binnenring over de band, binnenband en
buitenring.
• Plaats daarbij de uitsparing voor het ventiel over het
ventiel. De uitsparingen in de binnen- en buitenring
en het ventiel moeten overeenkomen, (fig. 18.38).
• Controleer of de moeren in lijn zijn op beide ringen.
• Draai de schroeven gelijkmatig aan in de getoonde
volgorde (fig. 18.39).Ga één keer rond waarbij u ze
nog niet helemaal strak aandraait. Ga daarna nog
een keer rond, waarbij u de schroeven strak
aandraait. Pas op dat u niet in de band prikt.
• Pomp de band langzaam op tot de juiste spanning.
WAARSCHUWING!
• Gebruik geen hogedruk luchtpompsystemen, zoals in
garages worden gebruikt, om de banden van de
scootmobiel op te pompen.
• Gebruik altijd een nieuwe binnenband.
