18.2.2 Elite

Plus 3-wielige scootmobiel, verwijdering
voorwiel
• Til het voorwiel op door een krik te plaatsen onder de
betreffende aangegeven punten, (fig. 18.1).
• Zet massieve blokken onder de scootmobiel nadat deze
is opgetild, om de stabiliteit te vergroten en als extra
borg mocht de krik losschieten, (fig. 18.11).
• Gebruik een 5 mm inbussleutel om de twee
ankerbouten van de schijfrem te verwijderen (fig. 18.12).
• Til voorzichtig de beugel van de schijfrem eraf (fig. 18.13).
• Gebruik een 10 mm inbussleutel (fig. 18.14), en een
19mm dopsleutel, (fig. 18.15), om de asbout te verwijderen.
• Trek de asbout langzaam terug door de voorvork. LET
OP: soms moet u zachtjes op de asbout tikken om hem
los te krijgen.
• Verwijder de grote pasring, (fig. 18.16).
• Verwijder de kleine pasring, (fig. 18.17).
• Trek de asbout eruit, (fig. 18.18).
• Til voorzichtig het voorwiel weg, (fig. 18.19).

XS RS Verwijdering achterwiel
• Gebruik een platte schroevendraaier en haal
voorzichtig de dop van de naaf af, (fig. 18.20).
• Terwijl het wiel nog op de grond staat, maakt u de
bout van de naaf los met een 19 mm dopsleutel,
maar maak de bout niet helemaal los: geef hem
slechts twee slagen (fig. 18.21).
• Krik het achterwiel op waarbij u de krik onder de
aangegeven punten zet, en plaats vervolgens
blokken (fig. 18.22).
• Maak hierna de bout met een dopsleutel helemaal
los.
• Verwijder de bout en de stelring, (fig. 18.23).
• Verwijder voorzichtig het wiel, (fig. 18.24).
• Verwijder de schroef uit de kolom en bewaar hem op
een veilige plaats, (fig. 18.25).
