When I press the button to dispense coffee, the coffee grinder works but the grinds go not as a puck into the side chamber and the right hand red light goes on. What do I do? Submitted on 18-9-2021 at 02:13

Coffee grinds but does not dispense except intermittently. Grounds come out out on the side but not as a puck. Submitted on 18-9-2021 at 02:12
