When I press the button to dispense coffee, the coffee grinder works but the grinds go not as a puck into the side chamber and the right hand red light goes on. What do I do?

My Spidem steams well. When I press the button to dispense coffee, the coffee grinder works but the grinds go not as a puck into the side chamber and the right hand red light goes on. What do I do?
