AC-DC adaptor connection:
The clock radio unit can be powered by an external AC-DC adaptor, required the output DC 5V
500mA (included).
POWER CONNECTION
Plug the AC/DC Adaptor to a household outlet AC source, connect the adaptor’s DC output plug
to the DC-in jack of the clock unit. This unit is equipped with a battery back up system, it
requires a 3V CR2032 flat lithium battery (not included). Insert the battery in the battery
compartment, making certain that the positive and negative (+ and -) battery terminals are
attached to the corresponding terminals on the plate in the battery compartment. If an AC power
failure occurs, the clock automatically switches to the battery power supply, the clock and timer
memory continue running. When the AC power resumes, the clock switches back to AC again.
GETTING STARTED
Press the reset button locates on the back of unit after AC plug in.
- The unit will display full segment for 2 seconds, then it will enter the normal mode.
Time setup
1. Plug the device into the mains.
2. Press and hold MEM/TIME button (7) , time format symbols will start flashing on the display:
12 hours (12Hr) or 24 hours (24Hr).
3. Use the << / TUNE – (8) and >> / TUNE + (9) button to select the time format.
4. Press the MEM/TIME button (7). The hour digits will start flashing on the display.
5. Use the << / TUNE – (8) and >> / TUNE + (9) button to select the necessary hour.
6. Press the MEM/TIME button (7). The minute digits will start flashing on the display.
7. Use the << / TUNE – (8) and >> / TUNE + (9) button to select the necessary minutes.
8. To finish the setup procedure press the MEM/TIME button (7).
Alarm setup
1. Plug the device into the mains.
2. To view the settings of the first alarm press the ALARM 1 button (5) .
3. In the mode of viewing the alarm settings, again press and hold the ALARM 1 button (5) .
The hour digits will start flashing on the display.
4. Use the << / TUNE – (8) and >> / TUNE + (9) button to select the necessary hour.
5. Press the ALARM 1 button (5) . The minute digits will start flashing on the display.
6. Use the < / TUNE – (8) and >> / TUNE + (9) button to select the necessary minutes.
7. Press the ALARM 1 button (5) . The alarm signal symbols will start flashing on the display.
Use the << / TUNE – (8) and >> / TUNE + (9) button to select the necessary alarm signal.
sounds of nature (NATURE), sound signal (BUZZER) or radio (RADIO).
8. If you have selected «sounds of nature» (NATURE) signal type, press the ALARM 1 button
(5) and using the buttons (8) and (9) to select the sound type: brook (BROOK), bubbles
(BUBBLE) or forest sounds (FOREST).
9. If you have selected «sounds of nature» (NATURE) or radio (RADIO) signal type, press the
ALARM 1 button (5). Digital parameters of the volume level shall appear on the display.
Using the < / TUNE – (8) and >> / TUNE + (9) button to select the alarm desired volume
level.
10. To finish the setting of the first alarm, press the ALARM 1 button (5).
11. Repeat steps 2-10 for the second alarm (ALARM 2) (6) .
