TROPISCHE IJSLOLLY

Goed voor ongeveer 12 ijslolly’s

1 bakje aardbeien, schoongemaakt

¼ honingmeloen, ontpit en gehakt

2 bananen, geschild

½ kleine ananas, geschild en ontdaan van kern

4 maracuja’s

1. De aardbeien verwerken in de pureerunit en het

mengsel in bakjes voor ijslolly’s doen.

2. De honingmeloen verwerken in de pureerunit

en vervolgens op het aardbeienmengsel over de

bakjes verdelen.

3. Deze werkwijze herhalen met de resterende

vruchten (bananen, ananas en maracuja’s), deze

kunnen samen worden verwerkt.

4. De stokjes voor de lolly’s in de bakjes leggen en

deze gedurende minstens 6 uur laten bevriezen

totdat de massa vast is geworden.
