SOORTEN KOFFIE
KLASSIEKE CAFFÈ LATTE
Bij de traditionele ontbijtkoffie in Italië en
Frankrijk wordt meestal pain au chocolat of iets
anders zoets gegeten. Voor het mengsel van 1/3
espresso en 2/3 melk wordt één portie gemalen
koffie gebruikt. Hierop wordt langs de rand van
het glas warme melk gegoten, zodat de drank
een romige consistentie en een perfecte
schuimkraag krijgt.
CAPPUCCINO
De echte cappuccino wordt lauwwarm geser-
veerd en bestaat uit 1/3 espresso, 1/3 warme
melk en 1/3 romig schuim.
U kunt de cappuccino extra geraffineerd maken
door de ene helft van het kopje af te dekken en
de andere helft te bestuiven met cacaopoeder.
CAFFÈ MACCHIATO
Een portie espresso met een toef romig melkschuim,
geserveerd in een kopje met een inhoud van 70 ml.

  • Suddenly, the machine doesn't stop percolating anymore and goes far beyond 30 or 60 ml. The programming options seem disfunctional and don't react properly to my efforts to redefine or reset the percolation amounts. Please, how can this be solved? Thanks. Submitted on 11-7-2020 at 12:22
