MUFFINS MET KOFFIE, KANEEL EN WALNOTEN
voor 12 personen
2 ½ kopje/375 g meel
2 theelepels bakpoeder
1 theelepel kaneel
¾ kopje suiker
1 kopje zure room
2 x 60 g eieren
1 theelepel geraspte citroenschil
¾ kopje olijfolie
¾ kopje sterke espresso, afgekoeld
1 kopje grof gehakte walnoten
1. Zeef het meel, het bakpoeder en de kaneel in een grote kom en roer de
suiker erdoor.
2. Doe de zure room, de eieren, de geraspte citroenschil, de olijfolie en de
espresso in een middelgrote kom en roer alles goed door elkaar.
3. Voeg de zo ontstane crème en de walnoten bij de gezeefde ingrediënten
en roer ze er voorzichtig door.
4. Verdeel de massa gelijkmatig over 12 licht ingevette en met papier
beklede muffinvormpjes. Vul de vormpjes voor ⅔.
5. Bak de muffins 12-15 minuten of tot ze gaar zijn in een voorverwarmde
oven op 180° C.
6. Serveer de muffins warm of laat ze afkoelen en bedek ze met een laagje
koffieglazuur. Heerlijk met een cappuccino of caffè latte.

1 eetlepel zachte boter
¼ kopje sterke espresso, warm
1. Doe de poedersuiker, de boter en de helft van de koffie in een kom, roer
de ingrediënten goed door en giet de rest van de koffie er langzaam bij
tot er een smeerbare massa ontstaat.

  • Suddenly, the machine doesn't stop percolating anymore and goes far beyond 30 or 60 ml. The programming options seem disfunctional and don't react properly to my efforts to redefine or reset the percolation amounts. Please, how can this be solved? Thanks. Submitted on 11-7-2020 at 12:22
