TIPS VOOR HET ZETTEN VAN GOEDE KOFFIE
FILTERKOP REINIGEN
Laat voordat u de filterdrager in de machine plaatst,
heet water door de filterkop lopen. Daardoor
wordt de machine nogmaals gereinigd en wordt
de temperatuur vóór het koffiezetten nogmaals
gestabiliseerd.
ESPRESSO ZETTEN
De fout die bij het zetten van espresso het vaakst
wordt gemaakt, is overextractie. De daaruit resul-
terende espresso smaakt bitter en heeft een zeer
licht laagje crema. Crema is het in het ideale geval
karamelkleurige romige laagje dat zich tijdens het
zetten op de espresso vormt.
OPMERKING:
Als de extractie te snel plaats vindt, zet de
maalgraadregelaar GRIND SIZE dan op een
lager getal, d.w.z. dat de koffie fijner gema-
len wordt. Gaat de extractie te langzaam,
zet dan de maalgraadregelaar GRIND SIZE
op een hoger getal, d.w.z. dat de koffie
grover gemalen wordt.
OPMRKING:
de smaak van koffie is afhankelijk van vele
factoren, zoals de gebruikte kofebonen,
de maalgraad en de mate waarin de koffie
wordt aangedrukt. Wij adviseren u deze
factoren te variëren om zo uit te vinden hoe
de kofe u persoonlijk het beste smaakt.

  • Suddenly, the machine doesn't stop percolating anymore and goes far beyond 30 or 60 ml. The programming options seem disfunctional and don't react properly to my efforts to redefine or reset the percolation amounts. Please, how can this be solved? Thanks. Submitted on 11-7-2020 at 12:22
