Getting to know the buttons and modes

Your main SR200 modes
Press S7 to scroll through the main modes of your SR200:
TIME: Allows you can set and view two time zones e.g. London and New York City. See full details of how to set the
time on page 15
RUN: You can view the following functions: PACE, SPEED, CAL, CLOCK, CHRONO, DISTANCE.
CHRONO: Chronograph
DATA: View statistics of training sessions saved.
ALARM: Set up to five alarms a day.
SET: Change watch and user settings.
Scrolling through modes/shortcuts
Press S7 to scroll through your SR200 main modes: TIME, RUN, RUN DATA AND ALARM.
User Tip: Short cuts. To launch RUN directly from TIME mode press S5.
We will look at the modes in detail, later in this manual.
