Preparación
1) Mezcle bien todos los ingredientes.
2) Reparta la masa de las magdalenas en los moldes de papel habituales
(diámetro aprox. de 45 mm, altura aprox. de 28 mm).
3) Precaliente el microondas con la función de aire caliente a 170 °C.
INDICACIÓN
► Si por la cantidad de magdalenas, debe repetir varios procesos de hor-
neado consecutivos, el precalentamiento solo es necesario la primera vez.
4) Distribuya las magdalenas uniformemente sobre el plato giratorio .
5) Seleccione el siguiente ajuste para el proceso de cocción:
■ Aire caliente a 170 °C, duración: 12 minutos
Crema de calabacín
Ingredientes
▯ 1 calabacín (aprox. 250 g)
▯ 80 ml de agua
▯ 2 cucharaditas de concentrado de caldo de verduras en polvo
▯ Aprox. 150 g de queso fundido (con hierbas)
▯ 100 ml de nata
Preparación
1) Corte el calabacín en daditos.
2) Coloque el calabacín, el agua y el concentrado de caldo de verduras en un
recipiente apto para el microondas.
3) Active el aparato en el modo de microondas durante aprox. 6 minutos con
una potencia de 700 vatios.
4) Añada el queso y la nata.
5) A continuación, vuelva a activar el aparato en el modo de microondas
durante 10 minutos a 600 vatios.
INDICACIÓN
► Antes de servir la crema, puede procesarse con una batidora
para que adquiera una consistencia cremosa.
