Preparación
1) Corte las patatas en rodajas de aprox. 3 - 4 mm de grosor.
2) Coloque aproximadamente la mitad de las patatas.en el molde formando
un lecho.
3) Espolvoree aprox. la mitad del queso sobre las patatas.
4) Añada la mitad de los condimentos y aprox. 150 g de nata.
5) Añada el resto de las patatas formando un lecho sobre la preparación
anterior.
6) Reparta el resto del queso sobre las patatas y vierta encima la nata restante.
7) Espolvoree el resto de los condimentos sobre el gratinado.
8) Cubra el recipiente con la tapa y colóquelo en el centro del plato giratorio .
Preparación
Obtendrá mejores resultados si utiliza la función de aire caliente y la de microon-
das de forma alterna. Para ello, espere a que finalice el proceso de cocción
ajustado y ajuste el siguiente:
1. Microondas a 900 W de potencia, 10:00 min.
2. Aire caliente a 200 °C, 13:00 min.
3. Microondas a 900 W de potencia, 10:00 min.
No es necesario precalentar.

Con esta receta, se obtienen aprox. de 10 a 20 magdalenas.
▯ Margarina para pastelería (80 % de materia grasa) o mantequilla salada
▯ 170 g de azúcar (grano de 0,3 mm como máx.)
▯ 3 huevos (55-60 g con cáscara/tamaño M)
▯ 225 g de harina de trigo
▯ 7 g de levadura en polvo
▯ 0,25 g de sal
