Waﬄes

Ingredientes:

■ 200 g de açúcar

■ 500 g de farinha

■ 5 g de fermento em pó

■ 5 ovos

■ 400 ml de leite

■ 250 g de manteiga (à temperatura ambiente)

■ 2 saquetas de açúcar baunilhado

Preparação:

1) Introduza os ovos, o açúcar e a manteiga na

taça 6 e misture tudo bem com o batedor de

claras q, até obter uma massa lisa.

2) Adicione a farinha, o açúcar baunilhado e o

fermento em pó.

3) Misture o leite aos poucos, até que a massa

obtenha uma consistência lisa e macia.

4) Coza os waﬄes numa máquina de waﬄes.

Batido de banana e baunilha

Ingredientes:

■ 3 bananas

■ 500 ml de leite

■ 2 saquetas de açúcar baunilhado

■ 1 colher de sopa de gelado de baunilha

Preparação:

1) Descasque as bananas.

2) Introduza as bananas descascadas, o leite, o

gelado de baunilha e o açúcar baunilhado no

liquidiﬁcador t.

3) Misture tudo no nível 8.

Smoothie de banana e quivi

Ingredientes:

■ 200 ml de sumo de laranja (espremido na hora)

■ 1 quivi

■ 1/2 banana

Preparação:

1) Descasque o quivi.

2) Descasque a banana.

3) Introduza o quivi, a banana e o sumo de

laranja no liquidiﬁcador t.

4) Misture tudo no nível 8.
