Massa para bolos
Ingredientes:
250 g de manteiga ou margarina amolecida
250 g de açúcar
1 saqueta de açúcar baunilhado
1 pitada de sal
4 ovos
500 g de farinha de trigo
1 saqueta de fermento em pó
Aprox. 125 ml de leite
Preparação:
1) Deite todos os ingredientes na taça 6 e
misture tudo com o misturador w durante
1/2 minuto no nível 1, a seguir durante 30
segundos no nível 2 e depois durante aprox.
5 minutos no nível 4.
2) Unte a forma ou estenda o papel vegetal.
3) Encha a forma e coza a massa durante aprox.
50 - 60 minutos com calor superior e inferior
e 175 - 200 °C.
4) Antes de retirar o bolo do forno, deverá testar
se está cozido: para tal, perfure o centro do
bolo com um espeto de madeira pontiagudo.
Caso não fique massa suspensa, o bolo está
pronto.
5) Coloque o bolo depois sobre uma grelha de
cozinha e deixe-o arrefecer.
Massa lêveda
Ingredientes:
500 g de farinha de trigo
25 g fermento fresco ou 1 emb. de fermento
seco
Aprox. 1/4 l de leite tépido
80 g de manteiga ou margarina (temperatura
ambiente)
80 g de açúcar
1 ovo
Preparação:
1) Introduza a farinha, o fermento seco ou o
fermento esfarelado e todos os outros ingre-
dientes (não diretamente sobre o fermento)
na taça 6.
2) Misture tudo lentamente com o amassador 0
no nível 1, depois durante 3-4 minutos no nível 3.
3) Tape a taça com um pano da loiça, coloque-a
num local quente e deixe a massa levedar até
que tenha aumentado visivelmente.
4) Bata a massa depois mais uma vez.
5) A massa está então pronta e poderá continuar
a processá-la.
