Stollen de sementes de papoila
Ingredientes:
Para a massa:
100 g de farinha de trigo
200 g de farinha de trigo
100 g de avelãs, moídas
1 cubo de fermento (40 g) ou 1 pacote de levedura
seca
Cerca de 125 ml de leite
1 pitada de sal
75 g de açúcar
1 ovo
150 g de manteiga amolecida
1 saqueta de aroma de limão
1 saqueta de aroma de rum
100 g de laranja seca, em cubos
50 g de limão seco, em cubos
Para o recheio:
1 saqueta (200 g ) de preparado de sementes de
papoila
Para a cobertura:
100 g de manteiga para barrar
Açúcar em pó para polvilhar
Fogão:
Altura: 1
Aquecimento: E: Resistência superior
e inferior
180-200°C
(pré-aquecido 5
minutos)
G: Nível 2-3
Tempo de cozedura: 40-50 minutos
Preparação:
Crie uma massa levedada com os ingredientes
indicados, excepto a laranja e o limão secos
(ver "Massa levedada").
Misture a laranja e o limão secos no final.
Estenda a massa (aprox. 20 x 25 cm) e barre a
massa de sementes de papoila sobre a mesma.
De seguida, bata a massa até formar um Stollen.
Unte a forma e coloque o Stollen dentro
da mesma.
Barre o Stollen ainda quente com manteiga e
polvilhe-o com o açúcar em pó.
