4) Všetko spolu s vývarom, červeným vínom, koreninami a tymianom pridajte
k mäsu, prikryte pokrievkou a nechajte asi 7 hodín dusiť na stupni „ “.

1 štipka soli
1) Keramický hrniec vymastite maslom.
2) Chlieb nakrájajte na 2,5-centimetrové kocky.
3) Na panvici roztopte maslo, na ktorom zo všetkých strán opražíte chlebo
kocky. Vyberte ich a spolu s hrozienkami ich dajte do keramického hrnca.
4) Mlieko rozšľahajte so smotanou, vajíčkami, 100 g cukru, škoricou, vanilko-
vou esenciou, muškátovým orieškom a soľou.
5) Zalejte tým chlebové kocky.
6) Všetko ešte raz opatrne premiešajte, posypte zvyšným cukrom a asi 2 hodiny
duste prikryté na stupni „ “. Pravidelne premiešajte.
Chlebový puding odporúčame servírovať s vanilkovou zmrzlinou.
