Empfohlene Einstellwerte
Hier finden Sie Angaben für verschiedene Gerichte.
Temperatur und Backdauer sind von der Menge und
Beschaffenheit des Teiges abhängig. Deshalb sind Ein-
stellbereiche angegeben. Versuchen Sie es zuerst mit
den niedrigeren Werten. Eine niedrigere Temperatur
ergibt eine gleichmäßigere Bräunung. Wenn erforder-
lich, stellen Sie beim nächsten Mal höher ein.
Hinweis: Backzeiten können nicht durch höhere Tem-
peraturen verkürzt werden. Kuchen oder Gebäck wäre
nur außen gar, aber innen nicht durchgebacken.
