2. Položte ružičky brokolice na druhú poličku pre varenie na pare. Vložte poličku na varenie na pare do hornej
pozície (pozícia 3) a varte spolu v REŽIME VARENIA NA PARE

(priemer 22 cm) pre 4 porcie (Prispôsobte nádoby pre iné porcie)
[Príprava]
1. Položte rybu do zapekacej misy. Pokvapkajte rybu citrónovou šťavou a ochuťte soľou a čiernym korením.
Pridajte zeleninu a dobre premiešajte.
2. Položte zapekaciu misu na poličku na varenie na pare, položenú na sklenenej poličke a zasuňte do dolnej
pozície (pozícia 2).
3. Vložte kuskus do okrúhlej misy Pyrex s rovným spodkom. Kuskus zalejte zeleninovým bujónom. Položte
misu na druhú poličku na varenie na pare do hornej pozície (pozícia 3) a varte spolu v REŽIME VARENIA NA
PARE
St-41 stláčaním tlačidla VIAC .
4. Hneď po uvarení kuskus zamiešajte a pridajte crème fraîche na rybu so zeleninovou zmesou. Ochuťte soľou
a čerstvo zomletým čiernym korením.
