Fruits de la mer - Schaal - en schelpdieren
Ingrédients : 3 truites de 200 g, 18 petites pommes de terre nou-
velles, 50 g de beurre, sel, poivre, safran.
TRUITES VAPEUR POMMES DE TERRE VAPEUR
Cuisson : 22 à 27 min.

Préparation : 20 min.
Vider, laver les truites. Assaisonner l’intérieur. Délayer une pincée de
safran dans un peu d’eau froide et faire tremper les pommes de terre
pelées 15 min. Les égoutter. Mettre les pommes de terre dans le bol du
bas et les truites sur la grille du bol du haut équipée de la poignée
clip-it. Cuire à la vapeur 22 à 27 min. Dresser les truites avec les
pommes de terre. Arroser de beurre fondu. Servir.

Ingrediënten : 3 forellen van 200 g, 18 kleine nieuwe aardap-
peltjes, 50 g boter, zout, peper, saffraan.

Kooktijd : 22-27 min.

Bereiding : 20 min.
De forellen schoonmaken en afspoelen onder de koude kraan. Het bin-
nenste met peper en zout bestrooien. Een pan met een flinke bodem water
vullen en hier een paar saffraandraadjes in doen. Geel laten kleuren. De
geschilde aardappels hier 15 min. in laten staan. Afgieten. De aardap-
peltjes in de onderste stoomschaal doen. De clip-it handgreep op de
bodem van de bovenste schaal bevestigen en de vis hier op leggen. In
22 tot 27 min. gaarstomen. De boter smelten. Op elk bord een forel met
9 aardappeltjes schikken en er wat gesmolten boter overheen schenken.
