Problema Possibile causa Soluzione
1. Motore frenante non frena.
a) Fusibile a  lo sottile difettoso sulla
piastrina del freno nell’interruttore.
b) Piastrina del freno nell’interruttore
difettosa.
a) Aprire l’interruttore e sostituire il
fusibile a  lo sottile della piastrina
del freno
b) Aprire l’interruttore, sostituire la
piastrina del freno
Regolare la corrente frenante.

freno!
Lavori elettrici vanno eseguiti da un
elettrotecnico!
2. La lama si allenta dopo lo
spegnimento del motore.
a) Serraggio insuf ciente dei dadi di
ssaggio.
b) Freno motore troppo forte.
a) Stringere meglio i dadi di  ssaggio
M20  lettatura sinistrorsa.
b) Regolare il freno motore.
• Lateralmente sulla cassa
dell’interruttore togliere la
copertura.
• Con un cacciavite piccolo regolare
la corrente frenante sul
potenziometro.
• Dopo lo spegnimento del motore la
lama si deve arrestare dopo 8-10
sec.
• Rimettere la copertura della cassa
dell’interruttore.
3. Il motore non si avvia.
a) Fusibile alimentazione difettoso.
b) Prolunga difettosa.
c) Collegamenti al motore o
all’interruttore difettosi.
d) Motore o interruttore difettosi.
a) Veri care il fusibile alimentazione.

c) Far veri care l’impianto da un
elettrotecnico.

4. Il motore va in avanti o indietro.
Condensatore difettoso.
Far sostituire il condensatore da un
elettrotecnico.
5. Motore non sviluppa potenza, si
spegne autonomamente.
Sovraccarico in seguito a:
a) Lama non af lata.
b) Motore bifase si surriscalda.
a) Montare una lama af lata.
b) Far veri care dall’elettrotecnico le
prolunghe e le prese.
6. Bruciature sulla super cie di taglio,
con taglio longitudinale
con taglio trasversale
a) Lama non af lata.
b) Lama sbagliata.
c) Battuta longitudinale non parallela
rispetto alla lama.
d) Slitta di spinta non parallela
rispetto alla lama.
a) Montare una lama af lata.
b) Montare una lama per tagli
longitudinali.
c) Regolare il posizionamento del
motore oppure sostituire la battuta
longitudinale.
d) Regolare la slitta di spinta rispetto
alla lama.
7. Senso di rotazione sbagliato del
motore trifase.
Polarità sbagliata della presa.
Cambiare la polarità della presa.
