2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• For your safety, this appliance complies with the applicable standards and
regulations (Low Voltage Directive, Electromagnetic Compatibility, Environ-
mental…).
• The appliance’s accessories become very hot during use. Avoid contact with
the skin. Make sure that the supply cord never comes into contact with the
hot parts of the appliance.
• Check that the voltage of your electricity supply matches the voltage of your
appliance. Any error when connecting the appliance can cause irreparable
harm, not covered by the guarantee.
• Do not use this appliance in the bathroom if you are using it in the UK.
• For additional protection, the installation of a residual
current device (RDC) having a rated
residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA is
advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the
bathroom. Ask for installer for advice.
• The installation of the appliance and its use must however comply with the
standards in force in your country.
• WARNING : do not use this appliance
near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels
containing water.
• When the hair straightener is used in a
bathroom, unplug it after use since the proximity of
water presents a hazard even when the hair straighte-
ner is switched off.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concer-
ning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children
should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and
understand the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user mainte-
nance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Stop using your appliance and contact an Authorised Service Centre if:
- your appliance has fallen.
- it does not work correctly.
• The appliance must be unplugged:
- before cleaning and maintenance procedures.

- as soon as you have finished using it.

• Do not unplug by pulling on the cord, rather pull out by the plug.

• Do not clean with abrasive or corrosive products.
• Do not use at temperatures below 0°C and above 35°C.

It should not be used for professional purposes.
The guarantee becomes null and void in the case of improper usage.
3. BRINGING INTO SERVICE
1. Lock System (fig.1) : To open the clamps, pull the Lock System back (H).
To lock the clamps: close the clamps and push the "Lock System“ to the front (H).
You can use the appliance with or without steam.
With steam:
- remove the container by turning it as indicated (fig. 2).
- unscrew the "cap" of the container (fig. 3).
- fill the water container (E) and put it back in place (fig. 4).
2. Plug in the appliance.
3. Set the ON / OFF switch (B) to position I.
4. Your appliance will heat up very quickly (ready to use in less than 30 sec-
onds) and the temperature will remain stable throughout use.
5. Select the ideal temperature for your hair using the -/+
buttons : press the – button to reduce the temperature or the + button to
increase it.
6. After use: Place ON/OFF (B) switch in the stop position (0), close the clamps,
use the "Lock System", unplug the appliance and leave it to cool down com-
pletely before putting it away. Empty the container after each use.
Note: To avoid any handling error (inadvertently pressing the +/- buttons
during use) this appliance is equipped with a locking function.
If you wish to lock your temperature setting during use, press the + or – button
for 2 seconds. Your setting is being locked, a padlock appears on the screen.
If you wish to change your appliance’s temperature, you will need to unlock it
by again pressing the + or – button for 2 seconds. Your setting is being un-
locked, the padlock disappears from the screen.
You can change the temperature by pressing the buttons +/-.
4. USE
WARNING: Do not remove the container when the appliance is still hot or "on".
• Hair must be untangled, clean and dry.
• Form a small lock a few centimetres in width, comb it and place it between
the plates.
• Do not use the appliance on synthetic hair (wigs, extensions, etc.).
• Hold the hair firmly between the plates, the steam is diffused automatically,
slide the appliance slowly from the root to the tip of the hair.
• Wait for the smoothed hair to cool down before styling.
TEMPERATURE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR STRAIGHTENING
The efficiency of the straightening is linked to the temperature selected:
To choose the most suitable temperature for straightening your hair, here are
some tips :
• Healthy, resistant, robust hair : possible temperatures > to 200°C
• Fragile, fine, coloured, bleached hair : recommended temperatures < to
200°C.
HAIRDRESSER’S TIPS
• Always start by smoothing the locks underneath. Work from the back of
the neck first before going onto the side of the head and finish with the front.
• To avoid streaks along the lengths, work using a smooth and uninterrupted
movement.
• To highlight, apply hair setting lotion before smoothing.
5. MAINTENANCE
CAUTION! Always unplug your appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning it.
• To clean the appliance, unplug it and then wipe with a damp cloth and dry
with a dry cloth.
6. ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION FIRST!
Your appliance contains valuable materials which can be recovered
or recycled.
Leave it at a local civic waste collection point.

2. CONSEILS DE SECURITE
• Pour votre sécurité, cet appareil est conforme aux normes et réglementations
applicables (Directives Basse Tension, Compatibilité Electromagnétique, Envi-
ronnement...).
• Les accessoires de l'appareil deviennent très chauds pendant l'utilisation.
Evitez le contact avec la peau. Assurez-vous que le cordon d'alimentation ne
soit jamais en contact avec les parties chaudes de l'appareil.
• Vérifiez que la tension de votre installation électrique correspond à celle de
votre appareil. Toute erreur de branchement peut causer des dommages irré-
versibles non couverts par la garantie.
• Pour une protection supplémentaire, l'installation d'un
dispositif à courant résiduel (RCD) ayant un courant de
fonctionnement résiduel nominal n'excédant pas 30 mA
est conseillée dans le circuit électrique alimentant
la salle de bain. Demandez conseil à l'installateur.
• L'installation de l'appareil et son utilisation doit toutefois être conforme aux

• L’appareil est équipé d’un système de sécurité thermique. En cas de sur-
chauffe (dû par exemple à l’encrassement de la grille arrière), l’appareil s’arrê-
tera automatiquement : contactez le SAV.
• L'appareil doit être débranché : avant le nettoyage et l'entretien, en cas d'ano-
malie de fonctionnement, dès que vous avez terminé de l'utiliser.
• Ne pas utiliser si le cordon est endommagé.
• Ne pas immerger ni passer sous l’eau, même pour le nettoyage.
• Ne pas tenir avec les mains humides.
• Ne pas tenir par le boîtier qui est chaud, mais par la poignée.
• Ne pas débrancher en tirant sur le cordon, mais en tirant par la prise.
• Ne pas utiliser de prolongateur électrique.
• Ne pas nettoyer avec des produits abrasifs ou corrosifs.
• Ne pas utiliser par température inférieure à 0 °C et supérieure à 35 °C.
GARANTIE
Votre appareil est destiné à un usage domestique seulement.

3. MISE EN SERVICE
1. Lock System (fig.1) : Pour ouvrir les pinces, tirez le « Lock System » vers
l’arrière (H).
Pour verrouiller les pinces : fermez les pinces et poussez le « Lock System »
vers l’avant (H).
Vous pouvez utiliser votre appareil avec ou sans vapeur.
Avec vapeur:
- ôtez le réservoir (E) en le tournant dans le sens indiqué (fig. 2).
- dévissez l'emboût "mêche" du réservoir (fig. 3).
- remplissez le réservoir d'eau et replacez-le dans le logement (fig. 4).
2. Branchez l'appareil.
3. Placez l’interrupteur marche / arrêt (B) sur la position I.
4. Votre appareil monte en température très rapidement (mise à disposition
inférieure à 30 secondes), celle-ci restant stable tout au long de l’utilisation.
5. Sélectionnez la température idéale pour vos cheveux à l’aide des boutons
-/+ : appuyez sur le bouton – pour diminuer la température ou sur le bouton +
pour l’augmenter.
6. Après utilisation : placez le bouton marche/arrêt (B) sur la position "0",
fermez les pinces, utilisez le «Lock System», débranchez l’appareil et laissez-le
refroidir complètement avant de le ranger.
Vider le réservoir d’eau après chaque utilisation.
NB : Pour éviter toute erreur de manipulation (appuis involontaires sur les bou-
tons +/- pendant utilisation) cet appareil est équipé d’une fonction verrouillage.
Si vous souhaitez verrouiller votre niveau de température pendant utilisation,
appuyez sur le bouton + ou le bouton – pendant 2 secondes. Votre réglage se
verrouille, un cadenas apparaît à l’écran.
Si vous souhaitez modifier la température de votre appareil, il vous faudra le
déverrouiller : appuyez à nouveau pendant 2 secondes sur le bouton + ou le
bouton -. Votre réglage se déverrouille, le cadenas disparaît de l’écran.
Vous pouvez modifier la température en appuyant sur les boutons +/-.
4. UTILISATION
ATTENTION : Ne pas retirer le réservoir lorsque l'appareil est encore chaud ou
en marche.
• Les cheveux doivent être démêlés, propres et secs.
• Formez une petite mèche de quelques centimètres de largeur, peignez-là et
placez-la entre les plaques.
• Ne pas utiliser l'appareil sur des cheveux synthétiques (perruques, rajouts...).
• Serrez fermement les cheveux entre les plaques; la vapeur se diffuse automa-
tiquement et faites glisser l’appareil lentement, de la racine à la pointe des che-
veux.
• Attendre que les cheveux lissés soient refroidis avant de les coiffer.
RECOMMANDATIONS TEMPÉRATURES DE LISSAGE
L’efficacité du lissage est liée à la température utilisée :
Afin de déterminer la température de lissage la plus adaptée à vos cheveux,
voici quelques conseils :
• Cheveux sains, résistants, robustes : températures possibles > à 200°C
• Cheveux fragilisés, fins, colorés, décolorés : températures
recommandées < à 200°C.
ASTUCES DU COIFFEUR
• Toujours commencer par lisser les mèches du dessous : travaillez d’abord
la nuque, puis les côtés et terminer par le devant.
• Pour éviter des stries sur les longueurs, travaillez d'un mouvement souple
et continu.
• Pour accentuer l'effet, vous pouvez appliquer une mousse coiffante avant
de lisser.
5. ENTRETIEN
ATTENTION ! : Toujours débrancher l'appareil et le laisser refroidir avant de le
nettoyer.
• Pour nettoyer l'appareil : débranchez-le, passez un chiffon humide et séchez
avec un chiffon sec.
6. PARTICIPONS À LA PROTECTION DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT!
Votre appareil contient de nombreux matériaux valorisables ou
recyclables.

2. Sicherheitshinweise
• Lesen Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung sorgfältig vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme
ihres Gerätesdurch. Eine unsachgemäße Bedienung entbindet den Hersteller von
jeglicher Haftung. Um Ihre Sicherheit zu gewährleisten, entspricht dieses Gerät
den gültigen Normen und Bestimmungen (Niederspannung, elektromagnetische
Verträglichkeit, Umwelt...).
• Die Zubehörteile dieses Gerätes werden während des Betriebs sehr heiß. Ver-
meiden Sie es, sie mit der Haut in Kontakt zu bringen. Versichern Sie sich, dass
das Stromkabel nicht mit den heißen Teilen des Geräts in Kontakt gerät.
• Überprüfen Sie, dass die Betriebsspannung Ihres Geräts mit der Spannung Ihrer
Elektroinstallation übereinstimmt. Ein fehlerhafter Anschluss kann irreparable
Schäden hervorrufen, die nicht von der Garantie abgedeckt sind.
• Zum zusätzlichen Schutz sollte das Gerät an den

• Die Installation des Geräts muss den in Ihrem Land gültigen Normen entsprechen.
• ACHTUNG: Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in der
Nähe von Badewannen, Duschen, Waschbecken
oder anderen Gefäßen, die Wasser enthalten.
• Wird das Gerät im Badezimmer benutzt, ist nach dem
Gebrauch der Netzstecker zu ziehen, da die Nähe von
Wasser selbst bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät eine Gefahr
darstellt.
• Dieses Gerät darf nicht von Personen (inbegriffen Kindern) mit eingeschränkten
körperlichen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten benutzt werden. Das
Gleiche gilt für Personen, die keine Erfahrung mit dem Gerät besitzen oder sich

• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht und treten Sie mit einem zugelassenen Kunden-
dienstcenter in Kontakt, wenn: das Gerät zu Boden gefallen ist und nicht richtig
funktioniert.
• Das Gerät ist mit einem Überhitzungsschutz ausgestattet. Bei Überhitzung (bei
verschmutztem rückwärtigen Rost zum Beispiel) schaltet sich das Gerät auto-
matisch aus. Treten Sie in diesem Fall mit dem Kundendienst in Verbindung. Das
Ansauggitter darf niemals abgedeckt werden. Reinigen Sie von Zeit zu Zeit das
Ansauggitter um ein ûberhitzen des Gerâtes zu vermeiden.
• Das Gerät muss ausgesteckt werden: vor Reinigung und Wartung, bei Funk-
tionsstörungen und sofort nach dem Gebrauch. Lassen Sie das Kabel niemals
herunter hängen, oder in die Nähe von, oder in Berührung mit einer Wärme-
quelle oder einer scharfen Kante kommen.
• Wenn das Stromkabel beschädigt ist, darf das Gerät nicht benutzt werden.
• Nicht ins Wasser tauchen und nicht unter fließendes Wasser halten, auch nicht
zur Reinigung.
• Fassen Sie das Gerät nicht mit feuchten Händen an oder wenn Sie barfuss sind.
• Fassen Sie das Gerät nicht am Gehäuse an, das heiß ist, sondern an den Griffen.
• Stecken Sie das Gerät nicht durch Ziehen am Stromkabel aus, sondern ziehen
Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose.
• Benutzen Sie kein Verlängerungskabel.
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät nicht mit scheuernden oder ätzenden Produkten.
• Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht bei Temperaturen unter 0 °C oder über 35 °C.
Legen Sie das Gerät nicht ab solange es eingeschaltet ist. Das Ansauggitter darf
niemals abgedeckt werden. Reinigen Sie von Zeit zu Zeit das Ansauggitter um ein
überhitzen des Gerätes zu vermeiden. Verwenden Sie nur original Zubehör.
Das Gerät nie unbeaufsichtigt betreiben.
GARANTIE: Jeder Eingriff, außer der im Haushalt üblichen Reinigung und Pflege
durch den Kunden, muss durch den Kundendienst erfolgen. Dieses Gerät ist aus-
schließlich für den Hausgebrauch bestimmt. Es darf nicht für gewerbliche Zwecke
eingesetzt werden. Bei unsachgemäßer Benutzung erlischt die Garantie.
3. INBETRIEBNAHME
1. Lock System (fig 1) : Ziehen Sie zum Öffnen der Zange das Verriegelungssys-
tem nach hinten.
Um die Zange zu verriegeln : schließen Sie die Zange und schieben Sie das
„Lock System“ nach vorne. Das Gerät kann mit oder ohne Dampf betrieben
werden. Mit Dampf:
- nehmen Sie den Wasserbehälter durch Drehen in die angegebene Richtung
ab (fig 2).
- schrauben Sie die „Strähnen“-Aufsatz des Wasserbehälters ab (fig 3).
- füllen Sie den Wasserbehälter auf und setzen Sie ihn wieder an seinen Platz
zurück (fig 4).
2. Schließen Sie das Gerät an die Steckdose an.
3. Stellen Sie den Ein-/Aus-Schalter auf I. (B)
4. Die Temperatur Ihres Gerätes steigt sehr schnell an (Erreichen der Verwen-
dungstemperatur in weniger als 30 Sekunden) und bleibt während der gesam-
ten Verwendung gleich.b
5. Wählen Sie die ideale Temperatur fu r Ihr Haar mit Hilfe der +/- Tasten (2
sec.): Dru cken Sie die Taste -, um die Temperatur zu verringern oder die Taste
+, um sie zu erhöhen. Die rote Diode zeigt die eingestellte Temperatur an.
6. Nach Benutzung : Zum Ausschalten des Geräts stellen Sie den Ein-/Aus-
Schalter auf 0. Schliessen Sie die Zange, benutzen Sie dazu das „Lock Sys-
tem“, ziehen den Stecker und lassen das Gerät vollkommen abkühlen bevor
Sie es wegräumen.
Der Wasserbehälter muss nach jeder Benutzung ausgeleert werden.
Hinweis: Zur Vermeidung von Bedienungsfehlern (unbeabsichtigtes Drücken
der +/- Tasten während der Verwendung) besitzt dieses Gerät eine Sperrfunktion.
Wenn Sie Ihre Temperatur während der Verwendung sperren möchten,
drücken Sie zwei Sekunden lang die Taste + oder die Taste -. Ihre Einstellung
wird verriegelt, ein Vorhängeschloss erscheint auf dem Bildschirm.
Wenn Sie die Temperatur Ihres Geräts ändern möchten, müssen Sie die Sperre
wieder lösen. Drücken Sie erneut 2 Sekunden auf die Taste + oder die Taste -.
Ihre Einstellung wird frei geschaltet, das Vorhängeschloss ist nicht mehr auf
dem Bildschirm.
Durch Drücken der Tasten +/- können Sie die Temperatur verändern.
4. VERWENDUNG
ACHTUNG: Der Wasserbehälter darf nicht abgenommen werden, solange das
Gerät heiß ist oder sich in Betrieb befindet.
• Die Haare müssen ausgekämmt, sauber und trocken sein.
• Bilden Sie eine wenige Zentimeter breite Strähne, kämmen Sie diese durch
und legen Sie diese zwischen die Platten.
• Das Gerät darf nicht an synthetischen Haaren (Perücken, Haarteilen, usw.)
verwendet werden.
• Klemmen Sie die Haare fest zwischen die Platten und der Dampf wird
automatisch abgegeben; lassen Sie das Gerät langsam vom Haaransatz bis zu
den Haarspitzen gleiten.
• Warten Sie mit dem Kämmen, bis die geglätteten Haare abgekühlt sind.
TEMPERATUREMPFEHLUNG FÜR DAS GLÄTTEN
Die Wirksamkeit des Glättens steht im Zusammenhang mit der gewählten
Temperatur:
Um die beste Temperatur für das Glätten Ihres Haars zu wählen, hier einige Tipps:
• Gesundes, resistentes und robustes Haar: mögliche Temperaturen > als 200°C
• Fragiles, feines, koloriertes, gebleichtes Haar: empfehlende empfohlene Tem-
peraturen < als 200°C.
TIPPS VOM FRISÖR
- Beginnen Sie das Glätten immer mit den unteren Strähnen: zuerst am
Nacken, dann an den Seiten und zuletzt die vorderen Haare.
- Um Rillen und Streifen zu vermeiden, sollten Sie auf weiche und durchge-
hende Bewegungen achten.
- Die Wirkung wird verstärkt, wenn Sie vor dem Glätten etwas Stylingschaum
auftragen.
5. WARTUNG
ACHTUNG! Das Gerät vor dem Reinigen immer ausstecken und abkühlen lassen.
- Reinigung des Geräts: Das Gerät ausstecken, mit einem feuchten Lappen säu-
bern und mit einem trockenen Lappen trocknen.

2. VEILIGHEID
• Voor uw veiligheid beantwoordt dit apparaat aan de toepasselijke normen en
regelgevingen (Richtlijnen Laagspanning, Elektromagnetische Compatibiliteit,
Milieu…).
• De accessoires van het apparaat worden tijdens het gebruik zeer heet. Vermijd
contact met de ogen. Zorg dat het netsnoer nooit in contact komt met de hete
delen van het apparaat.
• Controleer of de spanning van uw elektriciteitsinstallatie overeenkomt met die
van het apparaat. Een verkeerde aansluiting kan onherstelbare schade veroor-
zaken die niet door de garantie gedekt wordt.
• Voor extra bescherming wordt aanbevolen om een
aardlekschakelaar te installeren met een differentiaals-
troom van maximaal 30 mA in het elektrische circuit van
de badkamer. Vraag de installateur voor meer advies.
• De installatie van het apparaat en het gebruik moeten echter beantwoorden aan
de in uw land geldende normen.
• WAARSCHUWING: gebruik dit apparaat niet in
de buurt van badkuipen, douches, wasbakken of
andere water bevattende reservoirs.
• Wanneer het apparaat gebruikt wordt in een
badkamer, haal dan de stekker na gebruik uit het stop-
contact, aangezien de nabijheid van water
gevaar oplevert zelfs wanneer het apparaat is
uitgeschakeld.
• Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld om zonder hulp of toezicht gebruikt te worden door
kinderen of andere personen, indien hun fysieke, zintuiglijke of mentale vermo-
gen hen niet in staat stellen dit apparaat op een veilige wijze te gebruiken, tenzij
zij van tevoren instructies hebben ontvangen betreffende het gebruik van dit ap-
paraat door een verantwoordelijke persoon. Er moet toezicht zijn op kinderen
zodat zij niet met het apparaat kunnen spelen.
• Dit apparaat mag gebruikt worden door kinderen vanaf
8 jaar, personen met verminderde fysieke, mentale of
zintuiglijke capaciteiten en personen die weinig ervaring

• Indien het netsnoer beschadigd is, moet het vervangen worden door de fabri-
kant, diens servicedienst of een persoon met een gelijkwaardige kwalificatie, om
gevaarlijke situaties te voorkomen.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet meer en neem contact op met een erkende Service-
dienst indien:
- het apparaat gevallen is
- het niet meer normaal werkt.
• Het apparaat is voorzien van een beveiligingssysteem tegen oververhitting.
In geval van oververhitting (bijvoorbeeld omdat het rooster aan de achterzijde
vuil is), schakelt het apparaat zich automatisch uit: neem contact op met de
consumentenservice.
• De stekker moet uit het stopcontact gehaald worden:
- vóór het reinigen en onderhoud van het apparaat
- bij storingen tijdens het gebruik
- zodra u het apparaat niet meer gebruikt.
• Niet gebruiken wanneer het netsnoer beschadigd is.
• Niet in water onderdompelen of onder de kraan houden, ook niet voor het
reinigen.
• Niet vasthouden met vochtige handen.
• Niet bij het kastje vasthouden wanneer dit heet is, maar aan de handgreep.
• De stekker niet uit het stopcontact halen door aan het snoer te trekken, maar
alleen via de stekker.
• Geen verlengsnoer gebruiken.
• Niet reinigen met schurende of corrosieve middelen.
• Niet gebruiken bij temperaturen onder 0 °C en boven 35 °C.
GARANTIE:
Dit apparaat is alleen bestemd voor huishoudelijk gebruik.
Het kan niet voor bedrijfsmatige doeleinden gebruikt worden.
De garantie is niet geldig in geval van een oneigenlijk gebruik.
3. in gebruik nemen
1. Lock System (fig 1): Trek het « Lock System » naar achter om de klemmen te
openen.
Voor het vergrendelen van de klemmen: sluit de klemmen en duw het « Lock
System » naar voren.
U kunt het apparaat met of zonder stoom gebruiken.
Met stoom:
- open het reservoir door het in de aangegeven richting te draaien (fig 2).
- draai de dop "lok" van het reservoir los (fig 3).
- vul het waterreservoir en zet dit terug in de zitting (fig 4).
2. Zet het apparaat aan.
3. Zet de aan/uit-schakelaar in stand I. (B)
4. De temperatuur van uw apparaat stijgt heel snel ( klaar voor gebruik binnen
30 seconden), en deze blijft tijdens
gebruik continu stabiel.
5. Selecteer de ideale temperatuur voor uw haar met behulp van de knoppen -
/+ (2 sec.). Druk op de knop – om de temperatuur te verlagen of op knop + om
deze te verhogen. De rode diode geeft de geselecteerde temperatuur aan.
6. Na gebruik: Om het apparaat uit te zetten zet de aan/uit-schakelaar in stand
0. Sluit de klemmen, gebruik het “Lock System”, neem de stekker uit het stop-
contact en laat het apparaat volledig afkoelen voordat u het opbergt.
Maak na ieder gebruik het reservoir leeg.
NB: Om vergissingen in de handelingen tegen te gaan (als er per ongeluk tij-
dens gebruik op de +/- knoppen wordt gedrukt) is dit apparaat uitgerust met
een vergrendelingsbeveiliging.
Als u het temperatuurniveau tijdens gebruik wilt vergrendelen, dient u 2 se-
conden lang op de + of – knop te drukken. De instelling wordt vergrendeld, er
verschijnt een hangslotje op het beeldscherm.
Als u de temperatuur van het apparaat wilt wijzigen, moet u het ontgrendelen.
Druk dan weer 2 seconden op de + of – knop. De instelling wordt ontgrendeld,
het hangslotje verdwijnt van het beeldscherm.
U kunt de temperatuur wijzigen door op de +/- knoppen te drukken.
4. GEBRUIK
LET OP: Het reservoir niet verwijderen wanneer het apparaat nog warm is of
nog werkt.
• Het haar moet ontklit zijn, en moet schoon en droog zijn.
• Pak een kleine lok haar van en paar centimeter breed, kam deze en plaats
deze tussen de klemmen.
• Het apparaat niet gebruiken voor synthetisch haar (pruiken, haar-stukjes enz.)
• Klem het haar stevig tussen de platen, en laat het apparaat langzaam van de
basis naar beneden glijden.
• Klem het haar stevig tussen de platen, de stoom wordt automatisch
verspreid en laat het apparaat langzaam van de haarwortel tot de haarpunt
glijden.
• Wacht tot het gladgestreken haar is afgekoeld voordat u het afwerkt.
AANBEVOLEN TEMPERATUUR VOOR HET STYLEN
De effectiviteit van het stylen is afhankelijk van de temperatuur van de stijl-
tang:
Hieronder vindt u wat tips om te bepalen welke temperatuur het meest geschikt
is voor uw haar:
• Gezond, sterk en dik haar: mogelijke temperatuur > 200°C
• Breekbaar, dun, gekleurd of ontkleurd haar: aanbevolen temperatuur < 200°C
TIPS VAN DE KAPPER
• Begin altijd met gladstrijken van de onderste lokken: behandel eerst het
haar van achter, in de nek, dan aan de zijkanten, en tenslotte aan de voorkant.
• Om bij het gladstrijken over de lengte van het haar strepen te vermijden, te
werk gaan in een soepele en continue beweging.
• Om het effect te versterken kunt u een mousse gebruiken voor het gladstrij-
ken.
5. ONDERHOUD
OPGELET ! : Na gebruik het apparaat uitzetten, en volledig laten afkoelen voor-
dat u het opbergt.
• Om het apparaat te reinigen : uitzetten, een vochtige doek eroverheen halen
en met een droge doek afdrogen.
6. WEES VRIENDELIJK VOOR HET MILIEU!
Uw apparaat bevat veel materialen die hergebruikt of gerecycleerd
kunnen worden.
Breng het naar een hiervoor bedoeld verzamelpunt of een erkende
servicedienst voor verwerking hiervan.

2. INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
• Por su seguridad, este aparato cumple las normas y disposiciones aplicables
(Directivas de Baja Tensión, Compatibilidad Electromagnética, Medio am-
biente…).
• Los accesorios del aparato alcanzan una elevada temperatura durante su uso.
Evite el contacto con la piel. Asegúrese de que el cable de alimentación no se
encuentre nunca en contacto con las partes calientes del aparato.
• Asegúrese de que la tensión de su instalación eléctrica se corresponde con la
de su aparato. Cualquier error de conexión puede causar daños irreversibles que
no cubre la garantía.
• Para mayor protección, en el circuito eléctrico que ali-
menta al baño es recomendable instalar un
dispositivo de corriente residual (RCD) con una
corriente operativa residual nominal de como máximo
30 mA. Consulte a su instalador para que le asesore.

3. PUESTA EN SERVICIO
1. Lock System (Fig1) : Para abrir las pinzas, tire del «Lock System» hacia atrás.
Para bloquear las pinzas: cierre las pinzas y desplace el "Lock System" hacia
adelante.
Puede utilizar el aparato con o sin vapor.
Con vapor:
- retire el depósito girándolo en el sentido indicado (Fig2).
- afloje la boca "broca" del depósito (Fig3).
- llene el depósito con agua y vuelva a colocarlo en su compartimento (Fig4).
2. Conecte el aparato.
3. Coloque el interruptor funcionamiento / parada en la posición I.(B)
4 Su aparato sube en temperatura muy rápidamente (puesta a disposición de
menos de 30 segundos), esta temperatura se mantiene estable a todo lo largo
de la utilización.
5. Seleccione la temperatura ideal para sus cabellos con los botones
-/+ (2 sec.): pulse el botón – para disminuir la temperatura o el botón + para
aumentarla. El diodo rojo indica la temperatura seleccionada.
6. Después de utilizarlo: Coloque el interruptor on/off (B) en posición off (0),
cierre las pinzas, utilice el “Lock System”, desconecte el aparato y espere a
que se haya enfriado completamente antes de guardarlo.
Vacíe el depósito de agua después de cada uso.
NB: Para evitar todo error de manipulación (pulsaciones involuntarias de los
botones +/- durante la utilización) este aparato está equipado con una función
bloqueo.
Si desea bloquear su nivel de temperatura durante la utilización, pulse el botón
+ o el botón – durante 2 segundos. Su ajuste quedará bloqueado y aparecerá
un candado en la pantalla.
Si desea modificar la temperatura de su aparato, tendrá que desbloquearlo:
pulse de nuevo durante 2 segundos el botón + o el botón -. Su ajuste se des-
bloqueará y el candado desaparecerá de la pantalla.
Puede modificar la temperatura pulsando los botones +/-.
4. UTILIZACIÓN
ATENCIÓN: No retire el depósito si el aparato está aún caliente o en
funcionamiento.
Los cabellos deben estar desenredados, limpios y secos.
• Forme una pequeña mecha de algunos centímetros de ancho, péinela y coló-
quela entre las placas.
• No utilizar el aparato sobre cabellos sintéticos (películas, extensiones...).
• Apriete firmemente los cabellos entre las placas y haga deslizar el aparato
lentamente, de la raíz a la punta de los cabellos.
• Apriete firmemente los cabellos entre las placas, el vapor se difundirá
automáticamente, y haga deslizar el aparato lentamente, de la raíz a la punta
de los cabellos.
• Esperar a que los cabellos alisados estén fríos antes de peinarlos.
RECOMENDACIONES SOBRE TEMPERATURAS DE ALISADO
La eficacia del alisado está relacionada con la temperatura empleada:
Para determinar la temperatura de alisado que mejor se adapte a sus cabellos,
incluimos algunos consejos:
• Cabellos sanos, resistentes, fuertes: es posible utilizar temperaturas > 200°C
• Cabellos frágiles, finos, teñidos, decolorados: se recomienda utilizar tempe-
raturas < 200°C.
TRUCOS DEL PELUQUERO
• Comience siempre por alisar las mechas de abajo: trabaje en primer lugar
la nuca y luego los costados para terminar por la parte delantera.
• Para evitar estrías a lo largo, trabaje con un movimiento suave y continuo.
• Para acentuar el efecto, puede aplicar una espuma antes de alisar.
5. MANTENIMIENTO
¡ATENCIÓN!: Desconectar siempre el aparato y dejarlo enfriar antes de lim-
piarlo.
• Para limpiar el aparato: desconéctelo, pase un paño húmedo y séquelo con
un paño seco.

2. SICUREZZA

parecchio dalla presa per evitare danni dal contatto

• Non tenerlo con le mani umide.
• Non tenerlo per la carcassa che è calda, ma usare l’impugnatura.
• Non staccare l’apparecchio dalla corrente tirando il cavo, ma afferrare la spina
ed estrarla dalla presa.
• Non usare prolunghe elettriche.
• Non pulire con prodotti abrasivi o corrosivi.
• Non usare con temperatura inferiori a 0 °C e superiori a 35 °C.
GARANZIA
Questo apparecchio è destinato esclusivamente ad un uso domestico.
Non può essere utilizzato a scopi professionali.
La garanzia diventa nulla e non valida in caso di uso non corretto.
3. MESSA IN FUNZIONE
1. Lock System (Fig 1) : Per aprire le pinze, tirare all'indietro il « Lock System ».
Per bloccare le pinze: chiudete le pinze e spingete il “Lock System” in avanti.
Potete utilizzare l'apparecchio con o senza vapore.
Con vapore:
- togliete il serbatoio girandolo nel senso indicato (Fig 2).
- svitate l'estremità "ciocca" dal serbatoio (Fig 3).
- riempite il serbatoio d'acqua e rimettetelo nel suo alloggiamento (Fig 4).
2. Collegare l’apparecchio alla rete elettrica.
3. Portare l’interruttore On/Off sulla posizione 1. (B)
4. La temperatura dell’apparecchio aumenta molto rapidamente (messa a dis-
posizione inferiore a 30 secondi) e rimane stabile durante l’uso.
5. Scegliere la temperatura ideale per il tipo di capelli con i pulsanti
-/+ (2 sec.): premere il pulsante – per diminuire la temperatura o il pulsante + per
aumentarla. Il diodo rosso indica la temperatura selezionata.
6. Dopo l’uso: Mettete l'interruttore on/off (B) sulla posizione off (0), chiudete le
pinze, utilizzate il “Lock System”, staccate l’apparecchio dalla corrente e lascia-
telo raffreddare completamente prima di ritirarlo.
Svuotare il serbatoio d'acqua dopo ogni utilizzo.
NB: Per evitare qualsiasi errore di manipolazione (ad esempio, attivazione invo-
lontaria dei pulsanti +/- durante l’uso) l’apparecchio è dotato di una funzione di
sicurezza.
Per bloccare la temperatura raggiunta durante l’uso, premere il pulsante + o il
pulsante – per 2 secondi. La vostra regolazione si blocca, sullo schermo compare
un lucchetto.
Per modificare la temperatura, occorre sbloccare l’apparecchio: premere di
nuovo per 2 secondi i pulsanti + o -. La vostra regolazione si sblocca, dallo
schermo scompare il lucchetto.
Potete modificare la temperatura premendo i pulsanti +/-.
4. ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
ATTENZIONE: Non togliere il serbatoio quando l'apparecchio è ancora caldo o
in funzione.
I capelli devono essere ben districati, puliti e asciutti.
• Formare una ciocca di qualche centimetro di larghezza, pettinarla e infilarla tra
le piastre.
• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio su capelli sintetici (parrucche, ciocche aggiunte...).
• Stringere la ciocca di capelli tra le piastre e far scivolare l’apparecchio lenta-
mente, dalla radice alla punta dei capelli.
• Stringere la ciocca di capelli tra le piastre, il vapore si diffonde
automaticamente, e far scivolare l’apparecchio lentamente, dalla radice alla
punta dei capelli.
• Attendere che i capelli stirati si raffreddino prima di procedere all’acconciatura.
TEMPERATURA DI STIRATURA CONSIGLIATA
L’efficacia della stiratura dipende dalla temperatura impostata
Per stabilire la temperatura più appropriata ai propri capelli
seguire i consigli di seguito riportati:
• Capelli sani, resistenti e robusti: temperatura possibile > a 200°C
• Capelli fragili, fini, colorati o decolorati: temperatura consigliata < a 200°C.

• Iniziare sempre stirando le ciocche sottostanti: lavorare prima sulla nuca,

2. SEGURANÇA
• Para sua segurança, este aparelho está em conformidade com as normas e
regulamentos aplicáveis (Directivas Baixa Tensão, Compatibilidade Electroma-
gnética, Meio Ambiente...).
• Os acessórios do aparelho ficam muito quentes no decorrer da sua utilização.
Evite o contacto com a pele. Certifique-se que o cabo de alimentação nunca entra
em contacto com as partes quentes do aparelho.
• Verifique se a tensão da sua instalação eléctrica é compatível com a do seu apa-
relho. Qualquer erro de ligação pode causar danos irreversíveis que não estão
cobertos pela garantia.
• Para protecção adicional, recomenda-se a instalação
de um dispositivo de corrente residual (RCD) com uma
corrente nominal de operação residual não superior a
30 mA no circuito eléctrico que fornece energia à casa
de banho. Peça conselho ao técnico que efectuar a ins-
talação.
• A instalação do aparelho bem como a sua utilização devem, no entanto, estar
em conformidade com as normas em vigor no seu país.
• ADVERTÊNCIA: Não utilize este aparelho perto
de banheiras, chuveiros, lavatórios ou outros
recipientes com água.

• Não utilizar a temperaturas inferiores a 0 °C nem superiores a 35 °C.

3. ANTES DA PRIMEIRA UTILIZAÇÃO
1. Lock System (Fig. 1) : Para abrir as pinças, puxe o “Lock System” para trás.
Para bloquear as pinças: feche as pinças e empurre o “Lock System” para a
frente.
Pode utilizar o seu aparelho com ou sem vapor.
Com vapor:
- retire o reservatório rodando-o no sentido indicado (Fig. 2).
- desaparafuse o espigão roscado do reservatório (Fig. 3).
- encha o reservatório de água e volte a colocá-lo no respectivo local (Fig. 4).

4. A temperatura do aparelho aumenta muito rapidamente (tempo de espera
inferior a 30 segundos), esta fica estável durante a utilização.
5. Seleccione a temperatura ideal para os seus cabelos com ajuda dos
botões -/+ (2 sec.): pressione o botão – para diminuir a temperatura ou o botão
+ para a aumentar. O díodo vermelho indica a temperatura seleccionada.
6. Após a utilização: Ajuste o interruptor ligar/desligar (B) para a posição de pa-
ragem (0), feche as pinças, utilize o «Lock System», desligue o aparelho e
deixe-o arrefecer completamente antes de o
Esvaziar o reservatório de água depois de cada utilização.
NB : Para evitar qualquer erro de manuseamento (pressão involuntária nos bo-
tões +/- durante a utilização) este aparelho está equipado com uma função de
bloqueio.
Se deseja bloquear o seu nível de temperatura durante a utilização, pressione
o botão + ou o botão – durante 2 segundos. A sua regulação fica bloqueada e
um cadeado aparece no ecrã.
Se desejar alterar a temperatura do seu a parelho, será necessário desbloqueá-
lo: pressione de novo durante 2 segundos o botão + ou o botão -. A sua regula-
ção fica desbloqueada e o cadeado desaparece do ecrã.
Pode alterar a temperatura premindo os botões +/-.
4. UTILIZAÇÃO
ATENÇÃO: Não retirar o reservatório quando o aparelho ainda estiver quente
ou em funcionamento.
Os cabelos devem estar desembaraçados, lavados e secos.
• Forme uma pequena madeixa de alguns centímetros de largura, penteie-a e
coloque-a entre as placas.
• Não utilizar o aparelho sobre cabelos sintéticos (perucas, extensões...).
• Aperte firmemente os cabelos entre as placas e faça deslizar o apa -
relho lentamente, partindo da raiz até à ponta dos cabelos.

• Aguardar que os cabelos alisados arrefeçam antes de os pentear.
RECOMENDAÇÕES DE TEMPERATURAS PARA ALISAMENTO
A eficácia do alisamento está associada à temperatura utilizada:
Para determinar a temperatura de alisamento mais adaptada ao seu cabelo,
eis alguns conselhos:
• Cabelo saudável, resistente e robusto: temperaturas possíveis > que 200 °C
• Cabelo fragilizado, fino, pintado, descolorado: temperaturas
recomendadas < que 200 °C.
DICAS DO CABELEIREIRO
• Começar sempre por alisar as madeixas da parte de baixo: trabalhe em
primeiro lugar a nuca, de seguida as madeixas laterais e terminar pela parte
da frente.
• Para evitar ondulações no cabelo, trabalhe com um movimento flexível
e contínuo.
• Para acentuar o efeito, pode aplicar uma espuma de pentear antes de
alisar.
5. MANUTENÇÃO
ATENÇÃO!: Desligar sempre o aparelho e deixá-lo arrefecer antes de o limpar.
• Para limpar o aparelho: desligue-o, passe um pano húmido e seque com um
pano seco.
6. PROTECÇÃO DO MEIO AMBIENTE EM PRIMEIRO LUGAR!
