SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
Unidad 3Sixty
No se enciende el dispositivo.
A. Compruebe las conexiones.
B. Compruebe que haya 10.5 - 15.5 voltios en la conexión de alimentación B+ a la unidad 3Sixty.
C. Comuníquese con Servicio al Cliente.
El indicador de encendido (LED rojo) no deja de destellar.
A. Apague la alimentación a la unidad 3Sixty. Espere un momento y vuelva a encender.
B. Si el problema persiste llame a servicio al cliente.
No hay indicador de señal (SIG) cuando mis entradas están conectadas.
A. Compruebe las conexiones.
B. Suba el control de sensibilidad hasta que se ilumine el indicador de señal.
C. Compruebe la señal de la fuente.
No hay indicador de recorte (CLP).
A. Gire el control de nivel de sensibilidad de la entrada hacia arriba.
B. Si esto no ayuda, es posible que el nivel de entrada de su fuente sea demasiado bajo.
a. Aumente el nivel de su señal de fuente.
b. Es posible que no tenga el VRMS para recortar el 3Sixty.
No hay salida de audio.
A. Compruebe todas las conexiones al 3Sixty y otros dispositivos de audio del sistema.
B. Compruebe que todos los dispositivos de audio conectados a la unidad 3Sixty estén alimentados.
C. Compruebe que el remoto no haya conmutado la unidad 3Sixty para que use las entradas Aux
(auxiliares).
D. Llame a Servicio al Cliente.
Audio distorsionado con volumen alto.
A. Gire el control de nivel de sensibilidad de la entrada un poco hacia abajo.
El sistema no responde al controlador remoto del 3Sixty.
A. Compruebe la conexión del cable entre el 3Sixty y el remoto.
B. Compruebe la configuración de la característica en la interfaz del Palm, ya que puede controlar el
sub o volumen maestro, es posible que deba seleccionar el mejor ajuste para su sistema.
El indicador Bluetooth (LED azul) sigue encendido aún cuando el Palm está apagado y/o
desconectado.
A. Apague la alimentación a la unidad 3Sixty. Espere un momento y vuelva a encender.
El 3Sixty no acepta el número del PIN.
A. Compruebe que el PIN que esté entrando sea correcto.
B. Presione el botón de reposición del PIN, esto restaurará el pin en “0000” (cuatro ceros).
