CARNE Y POLLO
1. La cocción al vapor permite que toda la grasa se elimine durante el proceso de cocción.
Debido a la cocción ligera elija solo carne tierna, cortes sin grasa y elimine cualquier rastro de
grasa. La carne utilizada para asar es la carne ideal para cocer al vapor.
2. Sirva la carne y el pollo cocidos al vapor con salsas o adobos sabrosos añadidos antes de la
cocción al vapor.
3. Cueza suficientemente todos los alimentos antes de servirlos. Pinche con un cuchillo o un
palillo para comprobar que la parte central está cocida y no se desprenden jugos.
4. Las salchichas deben estar completamente cocinadas antes de cocerlas al vapor
