Note: It is important that you read this manual carefully
before using the product Then keep this manual in a safe
place.
Note
Check if building regulations apply to your area whereby
you must have the halogen hand lamp installed by an
accredited electrician. An electrician can give you
information about correct wiring. Never install the fitting
outside in rainy weather.

THE HALOGEN HAND LAMP.

Correct installation
With installation outside preferably choose a place
under a roof.
Do not place the sensor head in direct or reflected
sunlight. The halogen hand lamp may then switch on
when not required and photos may be overexposed.
The sensor works best with movement “crosswise”
through the sensor's detection field.
Connect the halogen hand lamp to a circuit with wall
switch: the current must be able to be interrupted to fit
the SD card.
Unscrew the stainless steel bolts on the side to take
the holder from the fitting.
Fix the holder to the wall with 2 screws. Do not fix the
holder to a highly flammable surface. Leave a distance
of at least 1 m between the halogen hand lamp and the
object to be illuminated. Install the halogen hand lamp
at least 2.5 m above the ground.
Fix the halogen hand lamp back on the assembled
holder.
Unscrew the cover of the cable connection.
Pull the power supply wires through the opening with
the rubber packing.
Connect the electric wiring according to figure 1.
The halogen hand lamp must be connected to mains
voltage of 230V, max. fusing 16A.

Screw the cable connection cover tight again.
Other uses than described above can cause damage
to the product and increase the risk of short-circuit,
fire, electric shocks, etc.
The product may not be adapted as a whole. The
safety instructions must be strictly observed.

1) Setting the lighting time (TIME):
With this adjusting knob you can set the period of the
light staying on after switching on. You can set the
time from 10 sec. to 10 min.
2) Setting the light intensity (LUX):
With the second button you set the working of the
sensor to match the intensity of the ambient light.
If the arrow is pointing to the sun the sensor responds
in both daylight and at night. If the arrow is pointing to
the moon the sensor will only respond at night. In
between the sensor responds in half-light.
3) USB port: to connect the lamp to a PC. For this use
the USB cable supplied, length = 2m.
4) SD port: Here you can fit an SD card for saving
photos. Always push the SD card fully to the end to
make sure the photos are saved.
