Deze handleiding helpt je aan de slag te gaan met de Polar OH1.
Ga naar support.polar.com/en/OH1 voor meer productinformatie,
documentatie en ondersteuning. De Polar OH1 kan worden
gebruikt als een trainingsapparaat dat gegevens registreert en
opslaat, of als een hartslagsensor in combinatie met een Polar
polsunit.
Opladen
Plaats de sensor met de lens naar boven gericht in de USB-
adapter, zodat de contactpunten op de sensor en de USB-
adapter elkaar raken (afbeelding 1). Sluit de USB-adapter aan
op de USB-poort van een computer of op een stopcontact met
USB-aansluiting (afbeelding 2). Laad het apparaat niet op als de
contactpunten nat zijn.
Gebruik met Polar Beat mobiele app
Download Polar Beat naar je mobiele apparaat. Schakel de OH1 in
met een druk op de knop. Koppel de sensor via de instellingen in
Beat en volg de instructies.
Gebruik met Polar polsunit
Download de Polar Flow app naar je mobiele apparaat. Schakel de
OH1 in met een druk op de knop. De Flow app herkent de sensor
automatisch en helpt je bij de conguratie.
Wil je een computer gebruiken? Installeer dan Polar FlowSync
via flow.polar.com/start, start de software, sluit de sensor aan
op een USB-poort en volg de instructies. Vergeet niet de sensor
te koppelen met je polsunit. Ga naar support.polar.com voor
apparaatspecieke instructies voor het koppelen.
Dragen
Plaats de sensor met de lens naar boven gericht in de
armbandhouder (afbeelding 3). Zorg ervoor dat de sensor zich aan
de onderkant van de armband bevindt, dicht op je huid (afbeelding
4). Draag de OH1 om je boven- of onderarm, maar niet om je pols
(afbeelding 5).
Dragen met een zwembril
Plaats de sensor in een van de meegeleverde zwemhouders en
bevestig de houder aan het bandje van je zwembril (afbeelding 6).
De lens moet de huid bij je slaap raken.
Training starten
Je kunt je trainingssessie registreren met je polsunit, de Polar Beat
app of met alleen de OH1. Als je alleen de sensor wilt gebruiken,
schakel je de OH1 in door de knop ingedrukt te houden tot de
verlichting brandt. Druk daarna twee keer op de knop om de sessie
te starten. Houd na je training de knop ingedrukt tot de verlichting
is uitgeschakeld.
De OH1 verstuurt je hartslagsignaal standaard ook via
ANT+. Deze optie kun je desgewenst uitschakelen in de
instellingen van Polar Beat.
Onderhoud
Raadpleeg het etiket van de armband voor de wasvoorschriften.
Ga zorgvuldig met de sensor om.

Sensor: ABS, ABS+GF, PMMA, SUS 316 (roestvrij staal).
Dit product is geen speelgoed. Laat kinderen of huisdieren
niet met dit product spelen. Dit product bevat kleine
onderdelen die een verstikkingsgevaar kunnen opleveren.
De radioapparatuur werkt op de frequentieband(en) 2,402 - 2,480
GHz en 2,0 mW maximumvermogen.
