B. Zorg ervoor dat uw computer voldoet aan de
systeemeisen (zie verpakking of product-pagina
op internet).
C. Aanbevolen wordt om virusscanners uit te scha-
kelen voordat u Studio installeert.
D. Zorg ervoor dat u het serienummer van Studio bij
de hand hebt. U kunt het vinden op uw dvd-hoes
of – bij downloaden – in uw Avid-klantenaccount
(
account.avid.com - Uw producten).
E. Avid Studio kan worden geïnstalleerd op
hetzelfde systeem als een eerder geïnstalleerde
versie van Studio; beide versies zullen naast
elkaar werken.
F. Voor Avid Studio zijn verschillende Windows-
componenten vereist zoals
.NET Framework.
Deze zullen indien nodig automatisch worden
geïnstalleerd. Dit proces neemt enige tijd in
beslag en het systeem moet opnieuw worden
opgestart (wacht op de melding). De installatie
van Studio zal automatisch doorgaan.
G. Het wordt sterk aanbevolen om uw product te
registreren voor optimale productondersteuning
(bijvoorbeeld bij verlies van het serienummer).
Door registratie hebt u recht op een extra pakket
ProDAD Adorage overgangen en andere exclu-
sieve aanbiedingen.
2.1.1 DVD
A.
Plaats de dvd en voer “Welcome.exe” uit om het
welkomstscherm van Studio weer te geven. Of
ga naar de hoofdmap van de dvd en dubbelklik
op het bestand “Welcome.exe”.
B. Volg de instructies op het scherm.

2.1.2 Downloaden
A.
Downloads van de Avid Store worden in een
*.exe-bestand opgeslagen in “Mijn documenten”
of op een andere locatie.
B. Pak het *.exe-bestand uit en dubbelklik op
“Welcome.exe“ om het welkomstscherm voor
installatie te openen.
C. Volg de instructies op het scherm.
D. Met de Avid Store kunt u altijd Studio opnieuw
downloaden of uw serienummer ophalen: meld u
aan bij
account.avid.com met uw gegevens en
klik op “Uw producten“.
E. Aanbevolen wordt om een reservekopie te
bewaren van de gedownloade Studio-bestanden,
bijvoorbeeld op een dvd of externe harde schijf.

2.2.1 Eerdere versie op computer
A.
De installer zal automatisch geldige eerdere
versies op uw computer vinden.
B. Voor dvd-versies: zie 2.1.1

Voor download-versies: zie 2.1.2
2.2.2 Eerdere versie NIET op computer
A.
Tijdens de installatie zal Studio automatisch
controleren of er een geldige eerdere versie van
de toepassing aanwezig is; zorg dat u het serie-
nummer van de eerdere versie (Pinnacle Studio 9
tot 14 of Avid Liquid 6 tot 7) bij de hand hebt als
daarom wordt gevraagd.

3.1 Plug-ins
Exclusieve Red Giant effecten
A. Na de installatie van Studio zult u automatisch
worden gevraagd de exclusieve en geavanceerde
plug-ins van Red Giant te installeren.
B. Als u de installatie van plug-ins op dit punt over-
slaat, kunt u ze later nog installeren door gebruik
van de knop Plug-ins in het welkomstscherm van
Studio.

3.2 Bonusinhoud
Gratis titels, overgangen en meer
A. Na het installeren van plug-ins kunt u automatisch
de installatie starten van de extra bonusinhoud
voor Studio (in het welkomstscherm van Studio):
Premium Pack deel 1 | deel 2
Hollywood FX deel 1 | deel 2 | deel 3
RTFX deel 1 | deel 2 (wordt geïnstalleerd bij
hoofdtoepassing)
Omdat deze specifieke inhoudpakketten nu
onderdeel van Avid Studio zijn, hoeft u deze niet
over te zetten vanuit eerdere versies van Studio -
ze zijn identiek.
B. Als u de installatie van inhoud op dit punt over-
slaat, kunt u het later nog installeren door gebruik
van de knop Bonusinhoud in het welkomstscherm
van Studio.
