Probleem Mogelijke oorzaak Oplossing
Er condenseert stoom in de
slang wanneer u voor het
eerst stoom gebruikt of
lange tijd geen stoom hebt
gebruikt.
Dit is normaal. Houd het strijkijzer bij het
kledingstuk vandaan en druk op de
stoomhendel. Wacht tot er stoom in plaats
van water uit de zoolplaat komt.
Er komen onzuiverheden
en vuil water uit de
zoolplaat.
Onzuiverheden of
chemicaliën in het water
hebben zich afgezet in de
stoomgaatjes van de
zoolplaat en/of op de
zoolplaat.
Voer regelmatig de Calc-Clean-procedure
uit (zie het hoofdstuk 'Schoonmaken en
onderhoud').
Er stroomt water uit de
zoolplaat.
U hebt per ongeluk de Calc-
Clean-procedure gestart (zie
het hoofdstuk
'Schoonmaken en
onderhoud').
Schakel het apparaat uit. Schakel het
apparaat vervolgens weer in. Laat het
strijkijzer warm worden totdat het 'strijkijzer
gereed'-lampje onafgebroken brandt.
De Calc-Clean-
procedure start niet.
U hebt geen 2 seconden op
de CALC-CLEAN-knop
gedrukt tot het apparaat
begon te piepen.
Zie het hoofdstuk 'Schoonmaken en
onderhoud'.
Het strijkijzer laat een
glans of een afdruk op
het kledingstuk na.
Het oppervlak dat gestreken
moest worden was ongelijk,
bijvoorbeeld omdat u over
een naad of een vouw in het
kledingstuk hebt gestreken.
PerfectCare is veilig voor alle stoffen. De
glans of afdruk is niet permanent en zal
verdwijnen wanneer u het kledingstuk wast.
Strijk niet over naden of vouwen of leg een
katoenen doek over het gedeelte dat
gestreken moet worden om afdrukken te
voorkomen.
Er zit niet voldoende vilt in
de strijkplankhoes.
Leg een extra laag vilt onder de
strijkplankhoes.
De strijkplankhoes wordt
nat of er zijn
waterdruppels op de
vloer/het kledingstuk
gekomen.
Stoom is gecondenseerd op
de strijkplank na een lange
strijkbeurt.
Vervang de strijkplankhoes als het
schuimmateriaal of het vilt is versleten. U
kunt ook een extra laag vilt onder de
strijkplankhoes leggen om condensatie op
de strijkplank te voorkomen.
U hebt een strijkplank die
niet bestand is tegen het
hoge stoomniveau van het
apparaat.
Leg een extra laag vilt onder de
strijkplankhoes om condensatie op de
strijkplank te voorkomen.
