Tutin puhdistaminen

Tutin kärki, kanta ja kotelo voidaan steriloida* tai puhdistaa keittämällä.

Älä steriloi mittausyksikköä äläkä puhdista sitä keittämällä. Irrota ennen

puhdistusta mittausyksikkö tutin kärjestä ja kannasta seuraavasti (katso

kuvaa B):

• Käännä mittausyksikköä kanteen nähden 90° vastapäivään.

• Irrota mittausyksikkö tutin kärjestä ja kannasta suoraan vetämällä.

(Varo taivuttamasta mittapään kärkeä.)

Keitettyäsi tutin kärjen, kannan ja kotelon valuta ja ravista jäljellä oleva

vesi pois ja anna osien kuivua.

Puhdista mittausyksikkö pyyhkimällä se kostealla liinalla.

Kokoa tutti seuraavasti (katso kuvaa C):

• Aseta mittausyksikössä olevat ulokkeet kannan takana olevien kolojen

kohdalle.

• Työnnä mittausyksikkö kantaan varmistaen, että mittapää painuu tutin

kärjen sisällä olevaan taskuun.

• Käännä mittausyksikköä 90° myötäpäivään, niin että se kiinnittyy

oikeaan asentoon.

* Steriloinnilla tarkoitetaan tässä haitallisten bakteerien tuhoamista

pitämällä esinettä vähintään 3 minuutin ajan 95 °C:n lämpötilassa.

Sillä EI tarkoiteta kliinisten standardien mukaista sterilointia.

Philipsin tuttipullojen sterilointilaite sopii tutin kärjen, kannan ja

kotelon sterilointiin.
